If I could rate this negative 100 I would. This was one worst experience. Viator assigned NO driver for my pickup on my arrival date to Costa Rica LIR airport. No communication from Viator. All flight information was given. PLEASE NOTE VIATOR ISN'T A DIRECT TOUR/SHUTTLE COMPANY. IT'S A VENDOR THAT GETS THE REQUEST AND OUTSOURCE THE RIDES TO WHOMEVER. Me and family was left at the airport with no contact from VIATOR. After help from the LOCALS at the airport I was finally able to connect with someone via what app. Viator customer service rep didn't answer until i used a local person phone. Prior to that Viator customer service kept hanging up when I called from my phone. HORRIBLE customer service. When a driver finally showed up after waiting for over a hour going into 2. The driver stated that he was enroute to another pickup and he was just given my pickup. Anyone looking for reliable service try Nexus and Amstar. Excellent tour service. On time pickup. Professional and courtesy representative.

Nice driver but careful of others pretending

My newly wed wife and I were not sure where to go when we got to the exit area at Liberia airport. Fortunately another company driver pointed us to the other door on the right. Careful, other drivers were trying to claim they were our transportation but fortunately our correct guy had my name printed on a paper so we knew he was the one. Our driver was very nice and expedient in getting us to Hotel Riu Palace. Thank you!
