Absolutely HORRIBLE and SHAMEFUL experience at ATV & Buggy Adventures. This place is nothing but a tourist money-extraction scam. Avoid this place at all costs.
The cheating started the moment we arrived. First, they demanded an extra 300 Baht claiming there was a “payment error” from Viator. Then just minutes later, they forced another 300 Baht payment for cheap plastic shoe covers worth almost nothing. Clearly, their entire business model is built around squeezing every possible Baht out of tourists.
The most disgusting part was when our buggy tyre burst during the ride, causing the buggy to FLIP UPSIDE DOWN with the entire vehicle falling on us. We could have been seriously injured or worse. But instead of checking if we were alive, injured, or needed emergency help, their first concern was THEIR BUGGY and how much money they could charge us for damages.
No humanity. No concern. No professionalism.
They inspected their vehicle before even attending to injured customers. After that, they provided the bare minimum first aid and unbelievably charged us another 250 Baht for it. Charging injured customers after an accident caused during your activity is beyond disgraceful.
They also force customers to buy “insurance” during booking, but when we actually needed it, they revealed the real scam. They told us to pay hospital bills ourselves, return with original invoices, and then maybe get reimbursed after 45 DAYS. What kind of fake tourist insurance is this? Tourists are in Thailand for a few days, not months. This is clearly designed to avoid paying claims.
To make matters worse, they pressure customers into giving 5-star reviews before leaving. Many tourists in our group gave fake positive ratings under pressure, but we refused. Now it is obvious why their ratings look good online.
The food was equally disgusting stale burgers and soggy fries that honestly did not seem safe to eat.
This was one of the worst experiences we have had in Thailand. Unsafe activities, zero customer care, fake insurance promises, forced reviews, and nonstop money grabbing.
DO NOT waste your hard-earned money here unless you want to risk your safety and be treated like a walking wallet.

Had an excellent time on this adventure. The guides were professional, friendly, and made the experience both exciting and safe. The off-road trails were challenging and fun with amazing scenery throughout the ride.
All the equipment was provided, everything was organized well, and the food afterward was a great touch. Definitely one of the most fun experiences I’ve had in Pattaya. Highly recommend for anyone looking for some adrenaline and a great time.

I’ve actually booked this activity multiple times, both with the ATV and the buggy. First of all, the ride itself is very fun, and the buggy is more challenging than the ATV. However, the course is nowhere near 34 km — it’s more like around 10 km at most and lasts about 2 hours with 2 stops.
About half of the time is spent driving on regular roads just to get to the actual ATV park area. The pace is also set to match the slowest driver in the group, so if you’re in a mixed ATV and buggy group, you’ll usually end up going at the slower ATV pace.
The course mainly involves driving through farmland, an ATV park, and some rural roads. It’s nowhere near as good as it used to be when I went before. The attitude of the staff at the front office was also quite poor.

The guide was a very experience gentleman with a nice attitude. He made sure everyone enjoyed the ride and basically separated the group into two groups, the ones for a faster ride and those for a slower one. However, the cars and ATVs are old and make a lot of smoke and noise. In fact I had to keep my distance from the front one so that I could breathe better. Another thing is that they offer only hamburgers for lunch/dinner which may not work for some people. I don’t eat hamburgers, so there was no other choice for me. The terrain was absolutely gorgeous and had a variety of challenges. You could drive through mud, water, rocks and tall grass/plants. So based on what said, someone might like it or not.

I booked the advanced cource, but there were some people in my groep that should have booked the adventure course. So the first 45min were everthing but fast and advanced. But the organisation saw this and they offered me a private run with a guide so i could hit the gass. This was so amazing!! Conclusion, great experience and also a great staff. I would recommend this to anybody who likes this kind of experiances.

Well organised trip from start to finish. Pick up was prompt from the hotel with only 6 people for a large minibus making the 30 min journey from hotel to start point very comfortable. Staff at the venue were great. A short introduction and practice lap around a short circuit, and you are off. We chose the buggy but alternatively we could have chosen the ATV. Depends if you want to drive or ride I guess. In my opinion the experienced course isn't very challenging at all as it is a well beaten track, but it was fun. There's a couple of 10-15 min stops along the way, one at a viewpoint and one at a small waterfall. I would say the basic track is geared more for family with kids or nervous driver/riders. All in all a fun 2 hours with a good burger lunch on completion. Whether it is worth the cost would depend on your budget, but we felt it reasonable for the experience.

So much fun!!! I highly recommend doing this event! Our guide Tak was amazing!!! I was with my daughter and she absolutely loved the interaction with the elephants. And the food afterwards was really good!

It was a fun experience. The guides were cool. The place we took our second stop at the top of the hill was beautiful.
If you are above 6’2, take the ATV. The buggy is too small. Your knees will get destroyed and your head will hit the ceiling with each bump.

Great team, make you feel welcome. If you are daring and lack experience with atv take the advanced course quite the adrenaline rush. Otherwise there is a beginner buggy course. They give you equipment, hydration and a meal after. Least not to forget, they give you a ride from and to your hotel!

I and my husband enjoyed everything about this adventure. Great service, very friendly and helpful staff. It was my very first time, and the tour guide guys were very helpful and made it easy for me. Very quickly I felt very comfortable and enjoyed riding the ATV.

Our guides were great and took their time leading us which was so important because the terrain was quite dangerous. I would not at all recommend for a first time rider. I’ve ridden ATV’s before and was so happy I chose the buggy this time. It’s a long ride so I suggest taking your time
