Everything was well organised, and the arrangements were smooth and comfortable. Our guide, Sohel, was very knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. He explained the history of all the monuments in an interesting way and made sure we enjoyed every visit. The driver was also very professional, punctual, and friendly. All the monuments were beautiful and truly worth visiting. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we really appreciate the excellent services provided by them
Visiting Agra by train was the best decision we made! The tour was super smooth from start to finish. Our driver pawan was punctual and polite, and the guide Amir was fantastic he explained the story behind the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort so well! Everything from tickets to travel arrangements was handled perfectly. Had a wonderful time and highly recommend this service to everyone!

The Taj Mahal and Agra Fort are breathtaking, but having a great guide made the visit ten times better. He was super polite, knowledgeable, and gave us plenty of time to enjoy the monuments at our own pace. A special mention to our driver as well for the smooth and comfortable ride around the city.
All the facilities provided in the package were totally worth it. Super happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to everyone visiting Agra!
Our tour guide Amir and Goldi were very friendly, kind and professional. They shared information about the culture and history of Agra and its magnificent monuments. Like much was also good. The train ride on the other hand was underwhelming with unsanitary bathrooms and uncomfortable and dirty executive coach.
We had a great excursion to Agra booked through Viator & Tourinza India. The itinerary was rich, well-organized, and packed with memorable moments.
What We Loved:
1) Our Guide: Abdul Amir was fantastic. He's deeply knowledgeable, brought the historical stories to life, and captured great photos of us at the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. Please ask for Abdul by name if you can.
2) Local Experience: My wife had a saree custom-tailored at a local shop in just a few hours.
3) Lunch: The buffet at the DoubleTree was tasty, offering great variety and dessert in a cool, comfortable setting. Welcomed after baking in the sun at the Taj Mahal.
Things to Consider Before Booking:
1) Train vs. Driving: The train gives a neat window into India's railway system, but the station waits and logistics mean you don't save substantial time over driving. Navigating the stations has its own stressors, so many travelers might prefer the simplicity of a private car door-to-door.
2) Pacing: Expect a lot of walking, warm weather, and an intensive history lesson.
Highly recommend the tour and operator, but choose your transit method based on your travel style!
We were three women, and Mr Gopi, our guide Abdul, and driver Hashmi made our trip incredibly smooth and comfortable. Mr Gopi went above and beyond, helping us catch our train, meeting us right at the coach door upon our return, and even getting us medication when needed.
Abdul was a wonderful guide, and Hashmi was a careful, patient driver. They accommodated our shopping and lunch stops and ensured we safely reached our train and boarded without any stress.
We felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire experience. If you have just one day to visit Agra, I highly recommend this service! ❤️

We had a wonderful experience on our Gatimaan tour to Agra. Everything was very well organised, and the entire trip was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.
Our Amir was excellent, very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He explained the history and stories behind the monuments in a very interesting way and made the visit even more special. The Taj Mahal was absolutely breathtaking, and visiting Agra Fort was equally amazing. Both places were full of history, beauty, and incredible architecture.
A special mention to both our Delhi and Agra drivers, who were polite, professional, and very cooperative throughout the journey. The driving was comfortable, and we felt safe and relaxed during the trip.
We also really enjoyed visiting the local artisans and learning about their traditional art, craftsmanship, and the hard work that goes into making these beautiful pieces. It was a lovely opportunity to see the artistic side of Agra.

Asif was a wonderful guide to both The Taj Mahal and the Baby Taj. He was passionate about the history and the architecture of both, but he also provided invaluable context which made the experience more vivid and informed. Abdul is amazing. From the second he found me upon arrival until the second I departed, he was right there, meeting every need I had and answering every question. When he wasn’t doing that, he was showing me his vast knowledge of Agra, its sites, people, and everything it has to offer. When it was time to eat, he explained all the choices and helped me make a great choice, resulting in one of the best meals I had during my entire trip. My trip was primarily for business but Abdul made this “pleasure” part of my trip extremely pleasurable. Thanks so much!
Unfortunately we couldn’t go on this trip due to the high speed train undergoing maintenance (outside of their control), but wanted to leave a review on the service by the team. Zeeshan was a very knowledgeable guide. His family has been in the Agra region for many years. Some family members are local dignitaries. Zeeshan has great connections at each site to skip lines and also eat a great lunch.
Note that we paid for the train weeks in advance, but no train tickets were available. (travel agency issue/ not Zeeshan) Instead we were driven by car, 4 hours each way, and 1000 INR compensation.
