We purchased a private tour. First passengers off the cruise ship. Found tour operator who insisted that other people were going to share our tour with us. After arguing and waiting 45 minutes and calling Viator we were able to proceed as the private tour that we purchased. Next problem was the car wouldn’t start. After getting it started, we were driven to the guide who took over. He gave us a good tour.

All our clients coming off the ship we put them in one vehicle as it helps with monitoring the time we have to take them back to the ship. It is unfortunate that this miscommunication caused the clients some frustration. We are registered tour operators who have a good reputation within the industry. The clients did go on the tour privately and they did have a good tour. I understand their frustration but to call us a con tour operator is unfair. This was a clear case of miscommunication. Again, we are sincerely sorry for the misunderstanding.

I learned so much not only about the history do Maputo but also Mozambique on this tour! My tour kind was open and patient in answering all of my questions and was extremely knowledgeable about all the sites we visited. Highly w recommend this tour to solo travelers (like myself) and groups alike to get a better understanding of Maputo/Mozambique!

Fue una visita sin prisas por la ciudad sin prisas, paseo por el centro muy agradable, visita de dos museos y fortaleza incluidos, refresco en la estación. Paseo por la playa y barrios nuevos en coche. Y comida en el centro artesanal. Un guía muy agradable y competente
