Best tour guide Tanya…made it a pleasure. Very knowledgeable. I would recommend for sure to friends travelling to Edmonton.

This is a great way to see the city and the points of interest, especially if you don't live here. You can take the trolly to all of the major attractions and then hop back on and go to the next. You don't have to worry about parking or traffic. We must have called the help number half a,dozen times with various questions about where and how to board and Erin was so very helpful and patient with us. Our first driver whizzed right past us at the stop but Erin sorted it out for us and we were able to take the central and western routes successfully. Our driver Margaret was such a great tour guide and pointed out many interesting homes and points of interest that we might have missed without her commentary. All in all, something everyone should experience to see the city efficiently. This would have been a five star review had the first driver not missed us as we stood at the stop. The stops are clearly marked with big signs as well, so you know you're in the right place and we found that very helpful.

Our tour driver was safe in the operation of the bus.
We did not learn about the history, culture, or evolution of the city of Edmonton. A neighborhood change was introduced with a brief sentence, leaving us with wanting much more information.
We have taken countless tours, this was the worst. All other guides have information to share with passengers for the entire trip.
I blame the company and not the driver for this serious omission.
Some cities use a narrator in addition to a driver to share information during the trip. Either prepare the drivers, or hire a narrator. Your operation is disappointing.

Pick up @ exit #50 of The West Edmonton Mall was good..we had 2 different drivers..both friendly..good tour of the downtown Edmonton Alberta area

Excellent way to see all that Edmonton has to offer in a few hours. Then you can choose what you would like to spend more time at.
You can hop on and off the Explorer if you wish. Very personable, knowledgeable staff.

Very good service from the drivers and their explanations of the city were really good, unfortunately the circuits are quite long and other than stopping for lunch we didn't have time to visit the points of interest if you want to cover both circuits. Otherwise, cover only one circuit.
