Great layover tour

Great short visit to Bogota if you only have at least 8 hours of layover on Bogota. Our driver Diego was very knowledgeable and safe, he took us to three places in the city that gave us a glimpse of Bogotá

Great tour when you have little time to explore the city

We had only half day in Bogota so this is a great way how to see as much as possible. This was our first airport layover tour and I will definitely use this option elsewhere.

Poor cancellation policy

Would not accommodate a cancellation due to medical reasons for 1 out of 2 people going on the tour.

Hola Jennifer, Sentimos que tu hermana no haya podido disfrutar del tour, sin embargo, nuestras políticas de cancelación son claras: Se te hará el reembolso total de la reserva con una cancelación dentro de las 24 horas antes del tour. Entendemos que estas cosas pueden pasar, sin embargo tu cancelación se dio 30 minutos antes de dar inicio el tour, es decir nuestro conductor ya se encontraba esperando en el Aeropuerto y esto implica que debemos pagar un servicio así los clientes no lo tomen. Podríamos hacer excepciones pero el tiempo de aviso fue muy corto. Por esa razón, nos comunicaste que tu tomarías el tour sola, por lo que el precio del alquiler del carro y conductor no tendría ningún cambio. Gracias por tu comprensión. Saludos, Valeria

Pleasant experience

My husband and I did a day trip to Bogota from Cartagena and arranged to do a city tour to maximize our time. Communication before the tour was great, and while we had a hiccup with the pick up, we were able to have a pleasant tour of the city. Our time was limited and Walter gave us several choices of what we could do. He was able to answer questions that we had of the city, and did offer some information without us asking, though we have come to realize that we appreciate when information is just provided to us as part of the tour. Overall, a nice visit and we would consider doing this again in the future.
