If you're looking for a fun and educational activity during your trip to Beijing, we highly recommend Jasmine and Nancy's cooking class! The experience began with a walk through a local market, where we got to see all the everyday ingredients used in Chinese cooking. It was such a great way to understand the local food culture before we even started cooking. During the class, they taught us how to make dumplings completely from scratch. We chose to make pork and cabbage fillings, and they were incredibly delicious! Jasmine and Nancy have infinite patience and guided us through every step, making sure we got the techniques just right. They answered all our questions and shared so much knowledge about Chinese culture. If you want a fun, educational, and delicious cultural experience in Beijing, we highly recommend booking this class :)

Super fun experience! 2 young girls from Beijing with excellent English. We went to a local market together to get groceries and made the Dumplings from scratch. Beautiful building that we prepped and cooked in.
