We had an excellent experience on the 8-stop Banff tour and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. It was by far the easiest way to see all of Banff’s must-see sights without having to worry about parking, shuttle reservations, navigating traffic, or dealing with crowds. The direct hotel pickup was incredibly convenient, and the van was clean, spacious, and comfortable.
Our guide, Jack, was fantastic. He was a kind, personable young Aussie who kept the group laughing and made everyone feel welcome throughout the day. He was an excellent driver and shared interesting information without making it feel like a scripted tour. The weather forecast called for a gloomy day, but somehow Jack even managed to “will” the sun to come out, and we ended up with beautiful views for much of the trip.
If you’re short on time or simply want a relaxing way to experience Banff’s highlights, this tour is well worth it. We saw so much in one day and never had to think about the logistics. We could simply enjoy the scenery.

We had a great time joining the tour. Anjit who is our tour leader as well as the Van's driver is very friendly, helpful and accomodating to all the tour members. He let us have enough time of taking pictures and videos at the look out points and stops. He stopped for us to take pictures and videos of the mama bear and the little four cubs in the wilderness from the side of the road. Everyone has a good time. He made us feeling togetherness and belonging to the tour and keep the whole atmoshere cheerful and interesting for everyone by telling Canadian stories and puzzles. This trip.was our second time in Banff and its point of interests in two consecutive years.

What an amazing day with our fantastic tour guide, Rueben!! He is very personable, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the area, even only living here for a little over a year or so. He kept an eye on all of us during each stop (showing compassion and safety) and was a very safe driver and was keeping an eye out for any wildlife we came across. We highly recommend him and this tour. The bus was extremely comfortable, which is a high priority when doing a 8-9 hour day tour.

Everything was smooth and Hands down and give it a shout to Liam our tour guide that knows everything . He shared all the best things Banff and took us a an adventure challenging to hike the waterfall . Never ever find the best guide . Look for him if you ever to do this tour . Its worth the experience . He explain so much like we are on journey . Hahahhaa Me and my girls are very happy . He took us to spot that not that busy and have the patient to take photo each one if us from the group . Very informative and Helpful .

We had Finn as our driver, originally we’d booked to pick us up at a different location but after speaking with Finn he picked us up directly from our hotel. Originally our hotel wasn’t listed hence why the original location was different. Finn gave us clear communication of what time he’d pick us up the evening before. He had plenty of knowledge of the areas we visited and also encouraged any questions we had. He made the entire trip comfortable! Our last stop of the day bear cubs were spotted and Finn ensured to pull over safely and allow us to take some pictures. This trip was lovely, I completely recommend it to anyone who’s thinking of booking and I hope you’re lucky enough to have Finn as your driver too!

One thing I would recommend for the tour guide is to use a microphone, people in the back could not hear him. I expected a bit more information about the places we visited too.

The entire tour from start to finish was about 10 hours. We went to multiple places that were all incredibly wonderful. It was a tour of a lifetime and definitely worth it.
Our Tour guide, Lori, was absolutely fantastic and put in so much effort to make sure we had the best time.
I’ve never imagined so many beautiful places could exist in this world and it was definitely worth every minute.
With some multiple glaciers, Lake Marine, we were able to see a mother bear and her cub, and bighorn Rams. went to Lake Louise, And Bow Lake which was absolutely incredibly stunning.

We had an amazing time on our tour! Lori was very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time at each stop to explore and take pictures. We never felt rushed at all. We also loved that it was a smaller group with only 12 of us & Lori. The shuttle bus was very spacious, comfortable, and looked pretty new. Highly recommend booking with Vista Chase!

The stops were Anazing! We saw all the beautiful lakes that attracted us to this part of Canada our driver Lori was phenomenal. I contacted her the day before to get tips on the best place to get picked up, park and not have to worry about being late.. We drove in from over two hours away so her communication with us, tips and advice were great.

Loved this experience! It was so worth it to see these places with a guide. You get to learn so much about the history and geology of the places you visit! Tushar our guide was amazing and so well prepared to make the experience excellent for us. Everywhere we went was 1000% worth seeing! Our favorite place was Peyto Lake! Tushar even had spikes to put on our shoes since in early June there was still snow on the path. It was very well planned and I would recommend!

The tour was great. Our guide Matilda was fantastic. She let us know exactly where we were going and pointed out the wild life when she saw it. We saw a black bear, rams and had to stop the van to let an elk cross the road. The company provided us ice shoes that go over our own shoes so we would not slip in the snow. The van was very comfortable and the small group was great. Definitely recommend taking this tour. Thank you for the great experience.

Our tour guide Matilda was fantastic. Personable, friendly, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. Its a full day, 9 1/2 hours. We saw so much. Pickup at location near you was convenient and on time.
Only negative was the tour bus was a little cramped.

Matilda was such a great guide, and the views on this tour were unreal. We definitely got our steps in, which meant it was so nice to have breaks in the car and the opportunity to be a passenger while we took in all the views.

Very comfortable van. Knowledgeable guide. We saw so much in one day! Very efficient way to see the most beautiful sites. It was nice to be dropped off with no worries about parking or park passes. Smaller group made the stops easier. Do not hesitate to book this tour.

Awesome tour. Lori was a great guide and took care of everything. She even bought birthday cookies for one visitor who was celebrating her birthday.
The van was comfortable and cozy with enough leg room for this six footer.
I highly recommend it.
