This is not a resort barbecue or a staged cooking demo. It is a relaxed, social Brazilian BBQ session with a local host, where guests cook, taste, and share a full home-style menu in a friendly group setting. The experience brings together flavors that feel unmistakably Brazilian grilled meats, garlic bread, farofa, vinagrete, grilled cheese, and brigadeiro while leaving plenty of time to enjoy the food, talk with other participants, and feel part of a real local gathering.
