Take your shoes off, feel the grass under your feet and let the Salento countryside become your gym. This is pilates as it was never meant to be done indoors — a barefoot session led by a professional instructor in the open fields of a certified organic masseria, using natural props like watermelon and melon as part of the workout. The setting is Masseria Stali in Caprarica di Lecce, a fully solar-powered estate where the connection between body and land is not a concept — it's the whole point. The session ends with a tasting of fresh fruit and cold-pressed juices. Come as you are. Leave lighter.

I'm Bart Conterio, specialist in "Extended Holistic Massages" for women's well-being. What makes each of my sessions a truly unique and extraordinary experience, difficult to find in other parts of the world, is the extended duration of the massage: 3 hours of duration of the massage alone (3 hours intended as uninterrupted massage "hands-on") for deep, complete and lasting well-being. A 3-hour sensorial massage, capable of instilling particular emotions in a woman, that profoundly influence her state of mind , in the days and weeks following and that adapts to the needs of the woman at a given moment, based on the emotional and bioenergetic state. After a mindfulness TOUCH® session, women say they feel more alive, more serene, in perfect psychophysical peace and harmony and more connected with themselves: some of my clients have compared their state of psychophysical well-being, after a 3-hour mindfulness TOUCH® session, to "a holiday weekend without the stress of travel".

We bring to your accommodation/holiday home one of the most important culinary traditions of Pugliese cuisine: HANDMADE PASTA. This experience will not only allow you to carry in your luggage back home the satisfaction of having been part of the preparation of 3 types of pasta with your own hands, but also to have learned techniques and tricks that you can put into practice to delight your family and friends on their way home. The experience includes the preparation of 3 types of fresh pasta: Orecchiette, Tagliatelle and a stuffed egg pasta, but the experience does not end here, for each type of pasta we will prepare a sauce/dressing for an explosion of flavor. At the end, all seated, to taste the prepared dishes, accompanied by a starter that our local chef will offer us.

The Gardens of Agape Where time stands still, water sustains and sound accompanies. A Meeting with Your Truest Part We have always been taught to look for answers everywhere: in doing, in performing, in running every day. Then, sometimes, you realize that you just have to stop. There is a precise moment when the body ceases to hold the accumulated tensions, the breath spontaneously regains its natural rhythm and the silence ceases to be empty: it becomes presence. Giardini Di Agape were born as an oasis of profound disconnection from the daily noise in the heart of Puglia. A place designed to get in touch with the deepest and least frequented parts of ourselves, learn to accept them, integrate them and make peace with the internal conflicts that we carry within.
