What are people saying about Puerto Iguazu

Highly recommend it! Best tour
Cristina and Rodrigo gave us the best Iguazú experience we could have asked for! Cristina guided us on the Argentinian side and Rodrigo on the Brazilian side, and both were absolutely fantastic. They are incredibly knowledgeable about the falls, the local culture and the history of the area. There was genuinely no question they couldn’t answer.
Communication with them was also excellent and very efficient from the beginning, which made everything incredibly easy and well organized. They were friendly, attentive and made the whole experience feel very personal. The pace of both tours was perfect, relaxed enough to really enjoy the scenery and take pictures, while still making the most of our time.
It was absolutely worth it, and we couldn’t recommend this experience (and especially Cristina and Rodrigo) enough!

Would definitely recommend!!
Nilsa was incredible!!! She kindly met us right outside of our Airbnb even though it wasn’t one of the available pickup points. Throughout the tour she kindly waited for us and didn’t rush as at all. She was so friendly and gave many tips and tricks to make our trip easier, and it was so lovely being in such a small group of just 4 (my friend and I were with another couple). The Falls itself was beautiful!!! Would definitely recommend!

Great adventure in...
Great adventure in Iguazu. Going during the winter months were great as the crowds were very low. The falls are beautiful. This tour picked us up at the hotel and got us right to the Park. Our guide, Jorge, was very knowledgeable and kept the tour moving at a great pace. The boat ride is the best part - you get right up close, and under. You will be soaked, but that makes it all the more fun.

Wonderful tour and experience!
Absolutely enjoyed this tour! Our guide Jefferson was great. He provided all the information we needed, explain what the day would like and planned our time accordingly.
The falls themselves was truly an incredible sight to see. We started on the Brazilian side to view the panoramic views and they were incredible to see. Later, we took a ride over to the Argentinian side to get a feel of the falls as you were literally on top of them. It’s hard to say which side was best, but for a full wider look at the Falls, I would say the Brazilian side. Although the best shot taken was on the Argentinian side!
I highly recommend seeing both side so you can decide for yourself. Thank you to Jefferson and SAA Travel for a wonderful experience!

Amazing once in a lifetime experience that was made more special by an amazing tourguide
An amazing experience, you really get to experience Iguazu Falls up close. Our tour guide Sidnei was amazing, very accommodating and knowledgeable, going above and beyond any other tour guide would. I would highly recommend this tour for small private groups.
We got to experience both the Argentinean and Brazilian side getting to see the the Devil's Throat, various waterfalls and experience a boat ride out to the falls. Sidnei was very accommodating and adjusted our itinerary based on what we wanted to see and experience.
The tour was definitely worth it as we got see and experience more than we would have had we done a group tour. Sidnei has a lot of experience spanning back 3 generations of tour guides and knows a great deal about Iguazu and the place in general.

The Falls from both sides of the river
Absolutely fantastic experience- the waterfalls are spectacular and you must see from both countries for the total perspective. I’d recommend doing the boat trip too though prepare to get wet. A must do experience. Our guide- Sidnei - was superb just the right level of help and information. Without him we’d have been stuck in the lines. Overall one of the best things I’ve done.

We had an amazing time! ...
We had an amazing time! So glad we selected the private tour as well as two days. Nelson was outstanding - going above and beyond for us. We spent out first day on the Argentina side and were able to hike all the main trails. Day 2 was the Brazil side which I expected to be shorter but somehow we filled it up! Everything was outstanding, Nelson was wonderful, the area breathtaking - a for sure trip! Side note - it turns out we picked a nice time of year to visit (late May/early June) - more comfortable temperatures and crowds were manageable.

Amazing experience
My wife & are from Atlanta USA and I took this tour on May 26 & May 27 and had an amazing experience. Our tour guide Rodrigo Ojeda Engel took us to the Brazil side of the falls on the first day and we enjoyed the trail and breath taking views of the falls. Upon our request, he took us to the bird park also and we really liked the variety of birds there. He was also kind enough to take us to the mall where we had to return an item before we headed out to Argentina. As language was an issue, he spoke to the store manager in local language and explained our situation and helped us get a refund. The second day, we had Oscar as our tour guide who took us to the Argentina side of the falls. We enjoyed the trail walks and Devil’s throat views and also enjoyed the boat ride. Oscar explained us so well and we had a great time. He also took us to the meeting point of the 3 countries. Thanks to Viator, Rodrigo & Oscar, we thoroughly enjoyed the falls experience and the tour. Highly recommend this tour.

Once-in-a-lifetime experience.
We chose this tour as a private experience for just the two of us, and it turned out to be an excellent decision. The tour was well-paced, giving us plenty of time to enjoy each stop without ever feeling rushed. We visited both sides of the falls — the Argentinian side and the Brazilian side — and both were absolutely magnificent. However, our favorite was the trail on the Brazilian side, with its breathtaking panoramic views.
Our guide was exceptional, sharing fascinating historical insights, information about wildlife conservation efforts, and engaging local stories throughout the day. The trails were self-guided, allowing us to explore at our own pace while still having ample time to take photos and fully appreciate the scenery.
Highly recommended — this is truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The falls are simply stunning, powerful, and unforgettable.

Getting wet under the Iguazu Falls!!! Wow!!!
Carlos is a highly experienced tour guide, this being his 36th year of guiding. We loved the Argentine side of the falls, having already been to the Brazilian side and a helicopter ride over the falls. But the highlight for us was being right at the Devils Throat! Wow. Then the Grand Adventure- the boat ride was AMAZING and EXHILARATING. SO MUCH FUN!! And I am 65!

Unforgettable Trip to Iguazu Falls
Our guide, Eduardo, was perfect. He took care of us so well and made a lot effort to make our trip as comfortable as possible. He was knowledgeable and took us to shortcuts to save us time. He impressed us for being a young student and working so diligently as the same time. If you book this excursion, Please ask for Eduardo. You will not be disappointed!

Fantastic day! My guide,...
Fantastic day! My guide, João Pedro, was excellent and knew exactly how to manage timing and lines, making the entire experience efficient and stress-free. He was very knowledgeable about the area and shared helpful information throughout the day. With only one day to see the falls, everything felt seamless and well organized, and I was able to see everything I wanted. The helicopter ride was interesting, but the experience depends on your seat; honestly, the trails and especially the boat ride were far better. The boat ride was incredibly fun and absolutely worth it!

Experience legendary cascades and the best of Argentinean culture with Puerto Iguazu tours. There are several great options for experiencing this UNESCO World Heritage Site—one of the world’s largest waterfalls—such as flying above the jungle canopy on a zipline and experiencing the region’s natural wonders from a truly unique vantage point. There are also tours that let your enjoy traditional Argentine foods like empanadas and wine, or catch a show at a churrascaria steakhouse.
