I am originally from the Zoque ethnic group of the Chimalapa community, Isthmus Region, Oaxaca state, I come from a chocolate family by tradition, here I can share my experience and knowledge that I have acquired over the years. In honor of my community, we have decided to call the project Chima, which in the Zoque language means “jicara”.
