We travel between spots by local tram (bring your IC card, or your guide can help you get one!) and usually fit 2 to 3 of these experiences into your day: Knife Workshop: Watch skilled artisans forge the legendary blades that top chefs worldwide rely on. (Depending on the day, we may visit a factory or exhibition instead). Yamaguchi Residence: Step inside a traditional merchant house and feel the bustling atmosphere of old Sakai.
