Must do activity!

Such an amazing experience! The guides were fantastic and made the entire excursion fun from start to finish. The trail was long enough to feel like a real adventure, and once we got into the water, we had an absolute blast. One of the highlights was that the guides took incredible photos with our phones, allowing us to enjoy the moment without worrying about capturing it ourselves. The experience never felt rushed, and we had plenty of time to take everything in. I would definitely recommend this excursion to anyone looking for a fun and memorable adventure!

Eye Candy

I had 2 fabulous host for this adventure. My horse ride host was Crocs. He was polite, professional and never begged for a tip during the tour. However the only negative aspect was the photos that I received from the photographer. They were not edited or touched up as promised. The shots were horrible and off centered. Crocs took better photos to capture the moment with my cell phone than the 300 horrible photos I received from the photographer. The bamboo river rafting could have been a longer ride. However my host was Flowers. He was the "eye candy" of the day. He was an entire vibe by himself. He was professional, entertaining and protective when he docked near the shops to give us a massage. He did not allow the shop merchants to disturb us until our massages were completed. Flowers was very composed during the massage. He did not rush the process. He was tender with his attention to our massage & relaxation. Thanks to Flowers and Crocs! When I return to Ocho Rios I will book the same tour again.

The drivers were friendly and courteous. The instructions for meeting at the airport were easy and spot on. Communication through the Viator app was great. But, mostly, if you're a worrier of details, like me, your transportation to and from the airport will be stress free. So, trust me on this, Byron has this down and you truly don't have to give your transportation another thought. Thank you Byron. When we return to Jamaica, you will definitely be handling our transportation.

Jermaine was the best tour guide ever! He was on time, communicated well, and we had a blast! The bamboo rafting was so relaxing, the massage was amazing, and raft guy was so funny. We dance a lot with the locals and made a bunch of connections. We went for my sister’s birthday and she was highly satisfied! 10/10 recommend 🥳
