Each pairing is designed as a delicate balance between texture, intensity and aromas, offering an elegant, harmonious and accessible tasting, even for novices. The experience emphasizes understanding of the chords, taste pleasure and finesse, in a friendly and intimate format. It is a gourmet but refined tasting, ideal for those who wish to discover wine differently, with curiosity and elegance.
