Rare Memorable Solo Tour
Tatsuya was an incredible guide who took the time to get to know me. On this rare occasion the tour took place with only myself and the guide and instead of cancelling or making it awkward Tatsuya took the time to get to know me and vice versa. He ensured I had a great time and had a memorable experience. Having grown up in Kyoto he was also able to let me know a lot about its history and also some spots to also consider going to. Very much enjoyed the evening and a big thank you to Tatsuya for taking the time to make it quite fun and memorable.

10/10 Cultural Tour Experience
Mai was the most informative and kind tour guide you could ask for! She not only answered all of our questions, but provided recommendations for the remainder of our stay in Kyoto, and even chose to walk us to our dinner location (which she recommended as a local and was fantastic!). Our tour was well thought out and fit exactly what we were looking for and she was very flexible with what we wanted to do or see as the tour went on. We loved her passion and the way she helped us truly understand local customs. Best experience so far in Kyoto!! 100% recommend to anyone visiting.

Full day Kyoto cycling with lunch
Quinn was a terrific guide and extremely knowledgeable about the Japanese culture. Even though the tour lasted more than 8 hours, it was the best way to explore the different corners of Kyoto as long as tourist highlight. I would highly recommend Quinn for any tours in Kyoto or any place in Japan :). Quinn is a very top tier tour guide in my experience traveling the world.

A great museum and activity for the family
This was a fun activity and we learnt a lot about the history of samurais. A great museum with a lot of wonderful artefacts. Mana was a wonderful guide. Very knowledgeable, friendly and energetic. The ninja star throwing was a highlight for us. Lots of fun!

The class was great. It...
The class was great. It was actually very hands on... you really make your own ramen with lots of elbow grease. The staff was great and efficient. Tuyo was the lead instructor and kept it entertaining and educational. You are able to choose from two different kinds of stock and between miso, soy, salt, or blend. You also get all of the delicious toppings. Their is no pork in this ramen either. Definitely recommend for solo, groups, and families. You also receive a photo, certificate, and bandana.

Amazing ninja experience
What an amazing place! Definitely a highlight of my trip to Japan. I cannot recommend this place enough. I had a one hour ninja experience. You get to dress up as a ninja, learn about the history and various tools/weapons ninja used. I then had had a go at ninja stealth walking, shurikens, blowing darts, katana and ninja sword. They take photos (free of charge) during the class. My Sensei was extremely knowledgeable about ninja history and culture and she took the time to explain everything. Her English was really good. The experience didn't feel rushed at all (unlike some other places I had read reviews about), and they limit the classes to a low number of people. This is a real dojo where they also do ninjustu training. They have a shop with some artefacts that you can buy, and some old authentic artefacts. It felt really immersive and authentic. I cannot recommend this place enough, I wish I had known about the two hour class! Thank you so much to the whole team for making this experience so memorable!

We absolutely loved our...
We absolutely loved our bike tour through kytoto. It was a lovely way to see the city and our tour guide, Don, was really informative and fun. One of our favorite family experiences and certainly one we’d highly recommend. We enjoyed each part and learned so much about Kyoto and Japanese culture. Thank you!

Good way to fill up your day.
Me and my partner are in our 40s and we’ve riden on bikes before but e-bikes keep in mind are on a whole new level. I definitely don’t see younger kids on this tour but I feel like it was alot of biking and I tried to focus on not falling. Our tour guide was very informative but our tour also ran past the time indicated also meaning if you aren’t very active it’s a lot of biking. He did say it would be over 5miles. I enjoyed our guide and don’t want to give him bad review cause I’m very out of shape but it’s definitely not for everyone . Also if you have plans for after do let them know so they can coordinate with your plans.

Kyoto bike tour
This is an excellent tour to see the city and key tourist spots. The e-bike is highly recommended, but be aware that you will be biking and walking all day. Cass is a fantastic guide, I felt safe all day and his knowledge of the areas, culture and history is excellent. My only advice is to be in enough physical shape to sit on a bike for several hours; if you can handle it, this tour is the way to see some highlights as well as great off the tourist path highlights of Kyoto. We loved it!

Great time around Kyoto
Naoki took us around the east side of Kyoto and did a great job of explaining the different temples, the background of bridges and the river. I had mistakenly booked the excursion for a day we had another tour, but he was extremely accommodating. He moved our tour to a time the next day and where he was available and when we could come. He easily could have told us we would be unable to be scheduled, but he really worked with me to find a time. My two boys (10 & 14 years old) loved it as did we.

More than just an E-Bike tour
The Arashiyama Bamboo Forest E-Biking Tour was unforgettable! Our guide Yuta made the experience exceptional with his knowledge, warmth, and humor. The highlight was a serene Zen session at a temple that he personally led—such a unique and meaningful touch. Beautiful scenery, effortless riding, and an amazing guide. Absolutely the best way to experience Kyoto!

Highly recommend
Great tour of the city, with a good mix of quiet areas and main attractions. We had Carl as our guide, who's an absolutely lovely person, full of personality, and kept things fun all day. Lunch was delicious too (unlike some other tours I've been on). The pace was perfect, and seemed to suit everyone in the group. Thank you for a lovely day ☺️
