Rottnest island is a location not to be missed if you are in Western Australia. We had a great experience on board the boat to the island. Even though viator doesn't show all their trip times, I was able to change my return time to a time that was more suitable to us without any extra charge when I received my tickets. Great trip

This was a great trip. The ferry journey was smooth, and the commentary was entertaining; pointing out many points of interest along the Swan River to Freemantle. The tour around Rottnest Island was also very good. Mark gave a great commentary, and Larry was a safe driver, allowing plenty of time to see points of interest along the route.

The island is beautiful and well worth visiting. The ferry ride was fast and comfortable. Everything went smoothly. My only complaint is about the bikes. They don’t have gears, which makes it very difficult to ride them around the island and limited how fast snd far I could go. If I went again I’d hire a bike once I reached the island, not through this company.

Study the map before arriving to the island. Got lost trying to find where the train was from the jetty. Get the train and do the tunnel tour. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and train driver very funny. Great experience with the quokkas around you while having lunch. Ferry ride was great.
