My friend and I did the...

My friend and I did the morning tour and although we were the only two that morning, Gabriel and his guide were very attentive and gave us a thorough experience. Gabriel also knew much of the history of the area which was super interesting to learn about. It was also very clear they love and take very good care of their horses. Would recommend this to anyone who would learn more about Cusco while participating in a fun activity and seeing wonderful views of the city!

Acclimated body is a must for this climb. If u just got to Cusco and want to do this hike the motorcycle or the horse are going options to take you up there. We had a beautiful sunny day which made the colors brilliant and it was worth the long day. We did not do the Red Valley option due to struggling with high altitude. We had Alex as the tour guide and he was clear with the information and the instructions

Arnold and this whole experience was by far honestly the best thing we’ve done on our Cusco trip! Before this trip everything seemed so rushed by other companies, this was the perfect end to our trip! The horses were so well loved and taken care off, the sites were incredible and I just can’t say enough about how amazing this day was for my friend and I.

Very good customer service

We are a group of 4. We booked the trip 3 months before the trip, and they immidiately got the tickets for us, they reached out to us regarding the available route, and we wanted a circuit 2 ticket but unfortunately was sold out that day, and told us the earliest available day which is a few days apart than our intended day, so we made arrangement and we got the tickets!!! Before the day of pick up they sent instructions for the trip. We were picked up on time on our hotel on a private car. Our guide gary was very knowledgeable and guide us every step of our way. He even walk with us to the train and to the hotel. The hotel on aguas calliente has a very good location. It is near the station and the shops. Good river view and good breakfast selection. The machu picchu trip was amazing as always, but our guide gary is very knowledgeable and also knows where the good photo spots are and also offered to take our pictures. He was very helpful. And if we ever need something their customer service is just 1 message away. They respond easily. Like for example when we got out of the train we couldnt find the driver and they coordinated with him. All in all very good customer service and very good guide! Would recommend to my friends. Thank you to the activity provider for a very good tour

Perfect way to acclimate to the altitude

This was hands down the best tour we took while in Cusco. Gabriel is an absolute gem. If you have the opportunity to learn from him about the local culture, the Inca people, and life in the region, you'll leave both happier and more knowledgeable. He guided us on a wonderful ride through the mountains and hills, sharing fascinating information while allowing plenty of time to take in the breathtaking scenery. The horses were well cared for, gentle, and easy to ride, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout the entire experience. This tour was the perfect way to acclimate to the altitude while enjoying some of the most beautiful views around Cusco. We only wish we had booked another tour with Gabriel during our trip. I cannot recommend this horseback riding tour highly enough.

The guide, “Benni”, was exceptional! Confident in her knowledge of Inca history, she was extremely adept in her responses to even our poorly worded questions and was professional enough use words and phrases that made understanding her explanations easier. She was very engaging, but personable and courteous. Having traveled extensively worldwide, I can confidently say, this was the most engaging and educational tour I have ever taken. Don’t lose her!
