After that, we will walk to our Cooking-Studio, a traditional house from 1930. We start our experience preparing the most delicious cocktails with pisco and fresh fruits (bought in the local market we visited) You will learn to cook: lomo saltado, papa à la Huancaina, cocktail: pisco cocktail You will eat the traditional Dessert: Picarones Our class is full hands on and you will take part in all the preparation.
