Designed tailor-made, it focuses exclusively on the millennial techniques of Roman heritage and the use of clay pots, taking place in the historic setting of the Adega-Museu Cella Vinaria Antiqua, in Villa de Frades. More than a conventional technical learning, it is an experience of active preservation of the heritage, culture and alive identity of Alentejo.

The Honrado Vineyards winemaking event is distinguished by allowing visitors to actively participate in the most crucial and authentic moment of this millennial method. Instead of a modern industrial winemate, the experience focuses on the craft and historical process that precedes the placement of grapes in clay pots. Tailor-made and carried out during the harvest season in Villa de Frades, this activity offers a practical immersion in the culture and ancestral knowledge of the Honrado family. Participants experience the genuine work of the field and the cellar, joining the living tradition and the essence of the Alentejo.
