Amazing guide!
Gede was an incredible guide! He was welcoming, made me comfortable with breaks as needed, and knew all the best viewpoints. He also happens to be a great photographer. I have so many amazing pictures on Mt Batur. I loved the music he played on the way back down the mountain.

Exceptional experience and service
The whole day was so well organised from start to finish. The tour guides were amazing. Super friendly, funny, helpful, and made sure everyone felt safe while still having an absolute blast. The staff throughout the experience were welcoming and professional, which made the day even better.
The quad biking was hands down one of the best adventures we’ve done, muddy tracks, tunnels, waterfalls, and stunning scenery everywhere. The zipline experience was equally unforgettable with breathtaking views over the jungle.
Special mention to the delicious mie goreng afterwards.
And a huge thank you to our driver, Tugus, who truly went above and beyond for us. He was an awesome conversationalist, interactive the entire trip, incredibly friendly, and made the whole journey feel personal and enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble for him and his local knowledge made the experience even more memorable.
Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bali.

Beautiful sacred space
The experience of sound was so well thought out and delivered. With careful consideration and direction how to get both in and out of the hammock, for those who had never experienced this sound journey beforehand.
It was a delightful experience and one of my high lights on Lembongan Leland

Beautiful Hike!
Amazing trip! 10/10, would absolutely recommend. The views alone make it completely worth it.
Our driver, Ray, and mountain guide, Ketur, were both incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Ketur even went above and beyond by helping carry my bag up the mountain.
We traveled from Nusa Dua, with pickup around 1:15 a.m. and returned home by about 1 p.m.
Our guide took us up the shortest—but steepest—route, totaling around 3.6 miles. I’d rate this trail as quite challenging, as it remains steep the entire way with little to no leveling out. The descent is also difficult due to loose lava rocks and gravel, which can make footing slippery.
One tip: if you’re a picky eater, consider bringing your own snacks or breakfast for the summit. The provided meal included hard-boiled eggs, snake fruit, and a banana sandwich.

Unbelievable experience, I’d highly recommend!
The Mount Batur Sunrise Hike was unbelievable! I cannot recommend the experience enough. Ketut was our guide and he spent time getting to know us, educating us about the volcano and making sure we were safe and support at all times. The hike certainly is not easy (you do need to be physically fit) but absolutely worth it. Ketut provided us with a headtorch and walking stick- make sure you say yes to those! Ketut assisted us both on the way up and down particularly in areas that were slippy or steep- you can tell he cares after his guests and takes pride in this. Once at the top, Ketut provided breakfast as the sun came up. It was a quiet spot with not too many people which was great. We were then taken to different view point locations in order to truly experience the volcano. Ketut also took many brilliant photos for us- nothing was too much trouble for him! I cannot recommend this enough.

Great day out, great bikes, great guides
We had a wonderful day out, the guides were very friendly and professional plus the e-bikes were high quality. Don’t expect a full tour of Tegalalang Rice Fields but you’ll pass by and stop at another rice field on the way. Options at the end to go on zip wires, visit a coffee plantation or go on the swing as extras. The food was very tasty. Just a great morning out getting out of the centre of Ubud.

Beautiful Waterfalls & Temple
Excellent trip to some amazing waterfalls and the UNESCO Ulun Danu Beratan temple
Sutha was excellent and was really kind and really looked after us. Lots of steps up from the waterfalls so be warned it is not an easy walking trip. Well worth the hike though. If you find it tough Sutha will just adjust the programme so really flexible.
We had to abandon the last two due to heavy rain but Sutha substituted the temple which I have to say was an amazing sight!

Great experience! The...
Great experience! The instructor, Yahya, was amazing! He was extremely friendly, easy to communicate with, and took good care of us even hours after surfing as we were relaxing on the beach. Could not be more impressed by the team and highly recommend!!

A great time and a fabulous guide. Thanks Dewa!
We had an amazing time on this tour. Our guide, Dewa, was lovely and full of information about Balinese culture and customs which were fascinating to learn more about. Thanks Dewa!
The dolphin boat was great fun. We would agree with other reviews that at sunrise there are simply too many boats and it does reduce sightings compared to what pictures might suggest, but we saw a good few dolphins and had a lot of fun being dragged alongside the boat. (The operator did get in touch evening prior to pickup to further emphasise the point about how busy the morning tour is out on the water, which was a nice touch).
The snorkel stop just afterward was the icing on the cake. Lots of beautiful fish to get up close to.
We opted not to visit the temple afterward, which was an option, as we had already been, but overall we would recommend this experience, just go in eyes open about the number of boats.
We would highly recommend this operator to do this tour with.

Great experience
The trip was well planned and everything went smoothly. Our drivers were professional and funny. In Mt. Batur, the driver also took high quality photos of us with the view. The sunrise was beautiful. Hot springs and coffee tasting were amazing. The tour is worth every penny.
