We (my girlfriend and I) had an incredible experience cooking with Risa! From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us warmly into her home with a big smile and homemade Japanese snack and green tea so we could rest for a bit
Before the class we asked to make one substitution for what we would cook, and Risa was very accommodating.
Risa put in a lot of effort and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and engaged.
This was more than just a cooking class, it was a genuine cultural exchange, and we left feeling inspired (and full!). Highly recommend this experience to anyone wanting to dive deeper into authentic Japanese cooking.
