After discussions via WhatsApp, the company agreed to pick us up at our hotel. When they never showed up, I contacted them they said they didn’t realize my hotel was on the Zim side and that I would need to find a way to the Zambian side. By this time, it was 7 minutes u til the tour left and there was no way we could make it. I filed a refund request and the company wouldn’t agree to it. I’m out $441 dollars due to their misunderstanding.

Hi cindy, yes we communicated on whatsupp, but at no point in our chats you mentioned that you would want to be picked from zimbabwe because i considered the location you put was the right which was victoria falls water front, i think would not be good for to ask you were you want to be picked when you already indicated. i was and am still suprised to hear from you that we agreed come pick you in zimbabwe, if you had this chat you were supposed to attatch it on your submision. you indicated victoria falls water front in zambia for a pick up point , but the pick you time you were not there, its me went there to pick you guys, only to be told you were at miombo lodge in zimbabwe which was not a pick up point, we do pick up in zimbabwe if notify us in time unline what you did , am still challanging you if you hav a chat were you told tht you are in zimbabwe and we agreed to pick you ,ill be happy to see it. otherwise am really sorry you didnt do you tour and i did not allow because ill be at loose because i hav already booked and paid your spot and they would not accept the refund am sorry.
