We enjoyed our pass but beware. The 3-day inclusive pass didn’t include many attractions when we added it to Go City app. We bought it specifically for Xel-ha and it was listed on viator as an option. We called go city and they said it’s the pass we purchased and couldn’t help us due to purchase via 3rd party (viator). The 3 stars is due to the fact that we had to rearrange our itinerary between getting bounced between viator and Go city customer service while in Cancun. My recommendation is to buy the pass directly from Go City.
