      Unprecedented experience

      I was the only one in the class. The instructor is not only knowleadgeable, but also very patient have you can tell he really loves his craft. Since I was just a beginner with no art background we focus on the basics and even with that I felt I accomplished my goal of getting an introduction to the art of calligraphy, and a great introduction to what the instructor call it the "shufa" or spiritual way to communicate through writing.

      先生は優しく丁寧に楽しく教えてくださいます。そしてめちゃくちゃ上手い！感動しました。 ただ線を書くのにもいろいろな書き方があって、その一つ一つが意味を持っていることを学びました。本当に美しい文化です。 またやりたいなと思います。ありがとうございました。

      若くて親切なサン先生が丁寧に教えてくれました。日本の書道とは線の書き方が全然違って筆先ブルブルでしたが、最後は何とか納得の行く作品ができました。ベトナム書道って中国語とラテン語からきていてとっても新鮮、オススメです。
