The Perito Moreno Glaciers are beautiful! Trip of a lifetime. The reason I cannot recommend this particular tour is that I cannot recommend Viator. The passenger details, when booking from overseas, seem to be passed through many different tour companies and many different hands. I was terribly disappointed in this trip as because my name was missing from the list of "Paid Passengers" I was denied the boat trip amongst the glaciers! This was the highlight of the tour. In Argentina, if they cannot see the money, there is no service. They have no use for confirmations or booking numbers or emails.
The rest of the tour comprised of pick up by a local tour company from your hotel, commentary by a loud voiced but well meaning tour guide (in English and Spanish) and a drive out to the glacier scenic lookouts. You could probably hire a car or book locally when you arrive. Don't use Viator. Not worth it.

It was an excellent tour and run very well. They told me my specific pickup time and arrived exactly when they said. Jessica was a great guide and since I was the only native English speaker she was very attentive to me to make sure I understood everything. The time allotted for the platforms was perfect if you are a relatively quick walker and want to see everything. You could also stick to the main area and go at a very leisurely pace and be fine. The boat was a little crowded for comfortable pictures outside, but was still well worth it.

The glacier itself and surroundings are beautiful and awe inspiring. Walkways provided plenty of different vistas.
The boat tour was overcrowded and required maneuvering around the hoards. Look for a boat with fewer people allowed.

Perfect amount of time to see everything great. Your guide was excellent. My only qualm is that the park fee should be in the price so that we don’t have to worry about it on the day, but maybe that is a rule.

Juan was very professional on guiding us this full day tour. Needless to say the scenery is splendid. Despite most of the passengers on this tour are Spanish speakers, Juan did provide bilingual explanation and managed time well so that we could finish the tour on time. Will highly recommend this tour.

A really excellent boat trip up to the glacier. Plenty of time for all to take photos of an active, calving glacier. Booking through always glaciers who were excellent exept that after payment they reoffice quired re-confirmation through Garyline. Their reconfirmation email bouncec back, as did their emergency helpline. I contacted the Head Office to reconfirm. This nees to be sorted.

Wir haben die Tour auf englisch gebucht. Die Reiseleiterin sprach nur schlecht und sehr unverständlich englisch. Sie hat vielleicht 10% auf englisch gesagt, der Rest war nur spanisch.
Somit hatten wir eigentlich nur eine Busfahrt von El Calafate zum Gletscher und retour. So eine Busfahrt hätten wir vor Ort für 22 Euro buchen können und nicht für 43.5 Euro bei Viator.
Sehr enttäuschend.
Der Gletscher war aber sehr imposant.

Quiero expresar mi profunda insatisfacción y decepción con la reciente experiencia que tuve con su empresa.
El motivo de mi correo es manifestar mi sentir con respecto a la visita que contraté y pagué para el Perito Moreno, que incluía una navegación. Elegimos específicamente la opción de paseo con barco, como lo indica claramente en el comprobante que ustedes proporcionaron.
Lamentablemente, debo informarles que mi experiencia no estuvo a la altura de lo que esperaba. No se cumplió con lo prometido en términos de la navegación que esperábamos disfrutar durante nuestra visita al Perito Moreno. Sinceramente, me siento estafada por esta situación.
Agradeceré mucho si pueden revisar este asunto y brindarme una explicación sobre lo sucedido. Valoraba mucho esta experiencia y es frustrante sentir que no recibí lo que se me prometió al momento de hacer la reserva.

Espectacular, el barco te aproxima al glaciar y te das cuenta de lo inmenso que llega a ser. Aunque parezca que solo ves hielo, la hora que estuvimos en el barco se hizo corta.

Eu amei a excursão nas passarelas do Perito Moreno, mas não indicaria o passeio de barco, pois é bem monótono, o barco é pequeno, fica super lotado para tirarmos fotos, e tem apenas a vista de um lado do glaciar, que nem é tão bonito como os glaciares que vemos pelas passarelas, e a entrada do parque que da direito as passarelas é pago somente lá no dia, custando mais 500 pesos, em média 100 reais. Eu sinceramente me arrependi em ter pago R 470,00 nesse passeio de barco.

i percorsi potrebbero essere indicati in modo migliore,..

El viaje, la guía, las explicaciones y el conductor perfectas
Las indicaciones de la página, en la que dicen que 24 horas antes se ponen en contacto con usted para confirmar horario de salida, falso
Si intentan contactar con el teléfono que le indican en la página web ni el de urgencias, que aseveran que es 24 horas: no recibirán respuesta
Si, continuando en la búsqueda de información para saber a qué hora deben estar preparados recibirán o no respuestas de lo más inespecífico. Si escriben en español, por si el problema es la barrera idiomática, esperen sentados a su mail
Finalmente, ante la inseguridad q la ausencia de respuesta ocasiona, decide uno esperar en el hall del hotel desde primera hora, se supone que recogen desde las 8 hasta las 9, aroximadamente. El personal de recepción contacta con un teléfono que no aparece en la web y nos confirma que seremos recogidos a las 8:45. Lo cierto es que fueron las 9:20, pero ya no teníamos la incertidumbre de que nuestra reserva hubiera estado mal hecha y nos hubiésemos quedado sin viaje
