FREE TRANSFER - - - Transfer information for guests staying at Conrad Bora Bora Nui (morning tours) Guests staying at the Conrad Bora Bora Nui and participating in a 09:00 tour are invited to take the Inn’s complimentary marine shuttle Check-out at 08:00 to the Robert Wan Boutique on the main island. Upon arrival, your Guide will greet you personally and take you to the Check-out point of the tour. Pick-up is scheduled at 08:15 in a black 4x4 vehicle. Thank you for coming to the shop, by the road. At the end of your excursion, you can return to the Inn by taking the 12:00 maritime shuttle. In order to ensure a smooth organisation of your transfer, please inform your concierge of these arrangements in advance.

The most beautiful water I have ever seen! An incredible blue color! I would have preferred a slightly more leisurely excursion rather than a race to one location.
We enjoyed this experience (especially my husband) but be aware it is a high-speed adventure and when windy extremely bumpy. We enjoyed stopping for a snack at a beautiful beach but I would have enjoyed a more leisurely trip where we could have stopped and seen more sites. My husband thought it was the best thing ever so it depends what you enjoy.
Overall the experience was great despite it being extremely windy and overcast. In many other countries with winds at 25+ mph jet ski excursions are typically paused. But you either have to accept the conditions or cancel with no refund. This tour is built on fluff though. You only jet ski about 35-45 minutes. Majority of the time you're on an island. Also, there is really no stopping point to take photos or to take in the sites. You just basically rip to the island, get off, get back on and rip back to the shop. There were a handful of places you can stop and take some really good photos but you aren't afforded that opportunity because you're just smashing. We've ridden jet skis in over 20 bodies of water around the world and several other countries. I think maybe instead of doing a "tour" there should be an area to let riders have fun for 10-15 minutes and open it up like most other countries and islands offer. For the reasons listed above I give it 3 stars and I probably wouldn't do it again. I also don't have any to take away from our guide, he was awesome. Their system is just flawed.
The tour operator was easy to work with. We had a windy day, felt unsafe and let us cancel and get a refund. Appreciate that they were concerned for safety. Definitely would book again if in the future.

The afternoon tour took us to beautiful beaches and included stops for photos. The weather did not cooperate though, and we had to navigate some rough water and winds, but that was not the operator’s fault. Our guides were patient and accommodating. We would do it again but would recommend an earlier excursion if wind is in the forecast.

What an incredible jet ski adventure on Bora Bora’s lagoon! We had a light breeze that day, yet our tour went on without any issues. Zooming across the crystal water was so thrilling and joyful. The ride duration was generous — I really enjoyed every minute behind the wheel. We were treated to fresh fruit and tasty snacks halfway through the trip.

Toured the Island from the water, stopped at Arii Motu Grill for a light snack, adore the scenery and continued around the Island. We saw a pod of dolphins as our finale and it was amazing!

This was so much fun, a great time and something I highly recommend. It is 2 hours but felt much longer. We had a small group, 4 of us & the leader and my wife road on the back of mine. We rode around the entire island throughout those 2 hours and saw a pod of Spinner dolphins in one of the coves we pulled into so we sat and watched them for a little while. The weather was cloudy (thank God!) and the water was calm so it was perfect day to do this activity. About halfway through, we stopped at a private beach for some fresh fruit and drinks before heading back out on the second half of the tour.
I highly recommend this activity, it was a blast!

If you love jet skiing, then doing this in Bora Bora is a must. Seeing the island from the water was amazing and the water colors and clarity are second to none. Our guide Nui was fantastic and truely wanted us to have a great experience. We took a break half way on their private motu and saw a short fire show and had a light snack. Very enjoyable.

I enjoyed jet skiing and the guide was personable. However, I expected a two-hour jet-ski tour (as advertised), while the outing lasted from noon to 4pm. Half of this time at an island just sitting around, which I could easily done from our hotel. Totally cool if advertised as such. Personally, I’d rather have more jet skiing or a shorter overall excursion. It’s fun if you want a full day excursion but given a chance I’d skip it.

We would just like to clarify the timing and organization of the activity, as there may have been some misunderstanding.
As you were staying at The Westin Bora Bora Resort, your pick-up starts at approximately 12:30 PM. It takes around 15 minutes by boat to reach our base on the main island. Once at our base, our guide provides a 10-minute safety briefing, explaining how to operate the jet ski and reviewing all safety instructions before departure.
The actual jet ski tour lasts approximately 2 hours, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. During those two hours, we take our guests around the island of Bora Bora, with several photo stops in the lagoon. The tour also includes a stop at our private motu, where refreshments and snacks are provided, as well as an opportunity to swim and enjoy the lagoon for those who wish to do so.
We would also like to point out that the stop at our private motu is clearly mentioned in the tour description at the time of booking and is part of the 2-hour jet ski experience.
The jet ski tour finishes at approximately 3:00 PM, when you return to our base. After the tour, some additional time is naturally needed for all guests participating in the shared tour to get off their jet skis, collect their belongings, rinse off with fresh water, and board the transfer boat. From there, the boat ride back to The Westin takes approximately another 15 minutes, meaning guests generally arrive back at the resort at around 3:30 PM, depending on conditions and the organization of the shared transfer.
It is also important to mention that you booked a shared tour, meaning there were other guests participating in the same experience. We always try to make sure that every guest has enough time to enjoy each part of the tour without feeling rushed. Most of our guests are on vacation, and our goal is to provide a relaxed experience where everyone can enjoy the lagoon, take photos, swim, have a refreshment and fully appreciate Bora Bora.
For guests who prefer a more personalized experience for example, more continuous jet ski riding, a different pace, or skipping the motu stop we recommend booking a private jet ski tour, as this allows us to customize the itinerary according to the guests’ preferences.
That being said, we are genuinely sorry that the experience did not fully meet your expectations.
We completely understand that you personally would have preferred more riding time and less time at the motu, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us make the itinerary and timing even clearer for future guests.

The highlight of our time in Bora Bora, and that is saying a lot as we had an overwater bungalow. This was such an incredible time whipping around on the water and one of the most thrilling things my wife and I have done.
We were picked up by our guide, H, directly from our resort (IHG Le Moana) and taken to the starting point for the jet ski trip. This was a bit further of a drive than I thought it would be, but it is a great way to see the island. Once at the starting point, you will sign some waivers, get fitted for a life jacket, then listen to a safety talk. From there, you hop on the jet ski and start this incredible journey. You will start off a bit slower in speed, but once the water gets calm you will be going full throttle, carving through the water. The tour goes around the entirety of Bora Bora's main island and the views are incredible the entire time. You will stop about half way through to have some traditional juices and fresh fruit, which was incredible. Then you will ride past all of the bungalows and enjoy the views.
I cannot recommend this tour enough for those looking to experience something thrilling. If you are on the fence, just book it! You won't regret it! And thank you, H, for making this such a memorable experience. I couldn't have imagined a better guide for our adventure around Bora Bora!

We had a great time on the Bora Bora jet ski excursion! Jet skiing through Bora Bora's lagoon was a blast and a great way to see Bora Bora. Our guide was great, taught us what we needed to know, let us practice and guided us around the island. Such a great excursion that takes you a shallow reef for snorkeling with Black Tip Sharks and Sting Rays, then out, inches of the reef to see the clearest blue water, to see Black Tip Sharks, then to a coral reef, filled with an array of assorted fish. A secluded beach just for a snack of seasonal fruit, with water of juice. Back to a scenic tour of the other half of the island, weather permitting…

We had a great time on our jet ski tour and would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a fun way to experience Bora Bora.
The experience started with a boat picking us up directly from our hotel, which made everything very easy and convenient. Once we arrived, we were fitted with life jackets and given what looked like newer, well-maintained jet skis. There were four jet skis total in our group, with two people on each, so it never felt overcrowded.
Our guide was friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the tour, making sure everyone was comfortable before heading out. One thing to know is that this is a fairly fast-paced ride. We covered a lot of water at high speeds, which was a blast for us, but it's something to keep in mind if you're traveling with younger children or anyone who isn't very adventurous!
The only part that was a little underwhelming was the snack break. It consisted of a glass of local juice and a piece of local bread, so don't expect much if you're arriving hungry.
Overall, the scenery was incredible, the equipment was excellent, and the tour was well organized. We'd absolutely do it again!

Our jet ski tour around the island of Bora Bora with BORA BORA ACTIVITIES CENTER was absolutely incredible! Riding across the crystal-clear turquoise waters with breathtaking views in every direction made this an unforgettable experience.
Our tour guide, TEA, was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire tour both fun and safe. The resort pickup was right on time, and everything was well organized from start to finish.
Our original tour date had to be canceled due to unexpected weather, but the staff quickly rescheduled us for the very next day with no hassle. Their communication and customer service were excellent.
If you’re visiting Bora Bora and looking for an exciting adventure, this is a must-do. Fast jet skis, stunning scenery, professional staff, and outstanding service made this the best jet ski experience we’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

This was an outstanding tour and our guide Newie (?) made it so much fun! If you are looking for an exhilarating day on beautiful blue waters, to see a private Motu, and view parts of Bora Bora you would not normally be able to see otherwise, you definitely don’t want to miss this! We had a blast and my husband still cannot stop talking about it!
