Great walking tour in York
We booked a walking tour fairly last minute for the following day in York , it lasted about 1 hr 45 mins which was just right . Set off at 12 by York Minster . Nick was the guide , he was humorous and really informative . Love a good walking tour as you find things out that you normally wouldn’t do , especially if you are strolling around on your own . The tour included a walk along the city walls , something I’d not done since I was a school girl . Would recommend the York tour and it’s a bonus if Nick happens to be your guide . We were lucky as the weather held off and the tour was at a good pace , the walk wasn’t too difficult. Nick told us lots of interesting things and we are glad we did the tour .

From New York Chaos to English Countryside Peace
I recently had the pleasure of joining a guided solo tour through the English countryside while visiting from New York, and it was one of the most peaceful and enjoyable travel experiences I’ve ever had. I was absolutely mesmerized by the beauty of the countryside, the rich history of the places we visited, and the overall atmosphere of the trip. What truly made the experience exceptional was our guide, Mark. He was warm, patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and very well-spoken. He created such a calm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the journey, and his passion for the history and culture of the region made every stop more meaningful and memorable. I usually experience car sickness during long van rides, but surprisingly I felt completely comfortable the entire time, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The pace of the tour was relaxed and thoughtful, allowing everyone to truly take in the scenery and experience the charm of the English countryside. The entire day felt mentally refreshing and restorative - exactly the kind of experience I was hoping for while traveling solo. You can genuinely tell how much care and passion goes into these tours. I highly recommend this group tour with Mark to anyone looking for a peaceful, memorable, and beautifully organized experience in the English countryside. Thank you, Mark, for such a wonderful experience! I would gladly book again and recommend this tour to friends and family!

Lost no Longer
A great way to see the city of York. We were confused as to where to board the bus, but ran into several friendly people in a park who helped us. The bus was nearly empty up top. The driver was careful and very friendly. We stayed on the bus for the full round trip and enjoyed seeing other parts of the city in addition to the Shambles.

From the Yorkshire Moors to Dracula's coastline
Being a Yorkshire lad living in Canada for the past twenty years or so I decided to take my family on a little adventure, a this adventure was something else. What an incredible experience it was. Greg was extremely knowledgeable during the entire trip. I saw a whole new side of Yorkshire that I never knew existed. Thank you, Greg. The only thing I would suggest as we are from Yorkshire originally we would’ve liked maybe five or ten minutes in the famous Aidenfield Arms in Goathland before catching the steam train. Still 5/5. Maybe see you again some day in some other adventure. Great job.
