With the help of a host with extensive experience in the world of gastronomy and wine, you will be able to learn and enjoy the unique traditional Argentine flavor. We have an interactive cooking class, where guests can make their own empanadas and then cook them over a fire. In addition, they will be able to observe the cooking process of grilled meat and vegetables. We complement the experience with a folklore show, where you will learn basic dance steps. The idea is that there is a connection with our culture, not only through food but also through our historical and artistic roots. Our activity is adaptable, which makes it exclusive and personalized. Any dietary restriction is valid to modify the menu. We also offer variations, in case you wish to skip the cooking class or the show. Or if you prefer to emphasize wine tasting, in a more technical way (since we have the availability of a sommelier).

This tour also includes a visit to a small olive oil factory, where we'll be guided through the process of one of Mendoza's key industries.

The experience is really special since what we are looking for is to live the barbecue as a local person lives it when visiting a friend at home. As we do in Mendoza, the owner of the house prepares everything so that visitors can enjoy the food and the place. One of those special days, when we want to have a good time and we find ourselves around the “barbecue”, snacks and cakes, well watered and with something sweet to snack on afterwards. Simply what we like and summons us. You come to my house to eat, as one more friend.

Most day tours in Mendoza are set up around 2 or 3 wineries and that's it. This product competes differently: it combines three high-end gastronomic disciplines in a single day: wine, haute cuisine, and artisanal olive oil with a curation logic, not a "winery combo."
