The peace of the morning, the paradise background and the fluidity of the water will inspire you to move lightly and freely, allowing you to disconnect for a moment from the mental noise and connect through the body with the present moment. At the end of our practice, we will share some fruits, water and hot drinks to say goodbye, before paddling back to the dock. Join the float!
