We had the most incredible time on our ATV quad bike and camel ride at Echo Mountain! From start to finish, it was such a fun and memorable experience for the whole family.
A special mention has to go to Kabo, who was absolutely fantastic. We were a large group of 15 people, including two children and an infant, and Kabo went above and beyond to make sure everyone was looked after, comfortable and having the best time. He was incredibly professional, attentive, patient and genuinely made us feel so well taken care of.
His service was exceptional, and he made the experience even more enjoyable for all of us. You could really see how much he cared about making sure our family had an amazing day.
We honestly couldn’t recommend Kabo and the experience at Echo Mountain enough! 🐪🏜️🏍️❤️

Enjoyable morning out on the quad bikes in the desert outside Sharm el-Sheikh. The scenery was good and our guide was kind and patient, taking care to make sure everyone felt confident, especially the beginners in our group. We also stopped at a Bedouin village, which was a nice touch. Well organised throughout and would recommend.

Pick us was 25 minutes late, waited another 20 minutes for another guest who had returned to his hotel due to his pick up was late, arrived late in the mountain, was told quad biking would be a good 50 minutes which wasnt the case more like 20 minutes with 2 long stops, camel ride was about 5 minutes around a post, quick photo on my own phone from the guide and back, got in contact with viator which they was least helpful, asked for a refund because i wasnt happy with my trip and was told no. Not happy wont be using these again please be careful absolute shameful company!! Not happy with the outcome of the day just feel like i have been robbed

Your refund request initially stated that the driver or guide did not show up. However, our records confirm that you were successfully picked up, transported to the desert, and completed the entire tour, including the full 50-minute guided quad bike ride, camel ride, and all other activities included in your booking.
The brief safety and regrouping stops during the quad bike ride are a standard part of the tour and are included within the total riding time.
While we sincerely apologize for the pickup delay and understand that it affected your experience, the tour itself was delivered as booked and completed in full.

Transfer good. Needed to pay extra on entry to desert, was in very small print. Equipment and buggy in poor condition. Gear stick broken. Helmet pointless. Stop so children can try to sell you stuff. Then asked to leave review before even getting halfway. Kids on camel rides asked for money and when given asked for more. After refusing to leave review, and to pay for videos, attitude changed and whole atmosphere was spoilt. Just wanted to get back and leave..

* The **desert entry fee** is clearly stated in our tour description before booking. It is a mandatory government fee and is not a hidden charge.
* All our quad bikes and buggies are inspected daily before each tour. If any vehicle develops a mechanical issue, our team replaces it immediately to ensure guests can continue safely.
* We never require or force guests to leave a review. Our guides may kindly invite guests to share their honest experience, but participation is always completely voluntary.
* Camel rides are operated by local Bedouin owners. While tipping is entirely optional, we do not encourage anyone to pressure guests for additional money. We take this feedback seriously and will address it with the local providers.
* Photos and videos are offered as an optional service, and there is never any obligation to purchase them.
Our goal is to provide every guest with a safe, enjoyable, and transparent experience. We appreciate your comments, as they help us continue improving our service.

Has a fantastic time kids love seeing the dessert other people on quads and buggies. Stopped to hear our echoes another stop for drinks n to buy oil perfume drinks photos and videos. Kapo was excellent tour guide.

poor experience, stars are inflated because they pressure you to write the review in front of them while waiting for your ride back to your hotel and they take a picture of your screen to check what you've written, a "photograph" will harass you to sell you iphone taken videos and even insult you in arabic thinking i wouldn't understand, i do not recommand, there are tens of companies with the same services, only good thing was the ride from the hotel and back

Flat terrain, bring your own keffiyeh or shemagh , they sell it for 100EGP. No instructions of any kind was provided and was yelled at due to four wheeler turned off on its own. One of the tour guy cut me off 3 times and once I almost collided with him. UNSAFE!!! Helmets are decorations since they don’t have straps on.

Regarding the keffiyeh (shemagh), it is completely optional and usually costs around $3, which is approximately more than 100 EGP depending on the location, and guests are always free to bring their own.
Please note that all our tours include a safety briefing and helmets; however, we take your comments seriously and will review this matter closely with our operations team to improve the overall experience.
