Otabek was an incredible tour guide. So knowledgeable on Uzbekistan's history and we learned a lot. The tour covered key historical sites and a nice bazaar and we were very satisfied. Great value for money!

Excellent from start to finish, communication was spot on, friendly, helpful and in the day the guide Usman was spot on. He was fun, engaging, knowledgeable, etc. Good pace, also helped us with some ideas of what to see for our free spare day we had. Totally recommend.

We had great time in Samarkand. We came only for one day from Tashkent. We booked train tickets ourselves on Uzbek rail official web. We scheduled to be pick up and drop off at the train station, which was great. The local tour operation Amin contacted us immediately and confirm our booking. Our tour guide Aziza was fantastic. The best guide so far during our long trip. Her English was very good. We added one more stop to the interbinary, Imam Bukhari complex, which was outside of the city, so we paid extra, but it was worth to see, if you have time. Aziza adjusted the logistic to our needs, so we had time to have delicious lunch at the local restaurant. Also big thank you to our driver, his car was clean and looked new.

We had a great tour of Samarkand with our guide Akmal. Since my parents only speak Russian, I booked the tour in Russian.
Akmal picked us up on time from our hotel and showed us the main sightseeing spots in the city. He shared interesting facts about the culture and history of Uzbekistan and told us about each place we visited. I actually learned a lot about Uzbekistan from him. He is very knowledgeable, and the way he delivered the information was easy to understand.
We appreciated his calm and mature personality. I also appreciated his safe driving style.
Overall, it was a great experience.

Hassle Free booking and pick-up with the awesome guide himself -Amin, he made sure to take time (not in a rush) during Tour, always ready to answer questions and kind enough to make sure everything is alright( took good photos as well). Shared a glimpse of Samarkand's history tied in each attractions with enthusiasm not just for the sake of completing the tour. Highly recommended if you have short or long stay in Samarkand.

We had a wonderful time exploring Samarkand with our tour guide Amin. His style was very informative and at the same time entertaining. The sites we visited made us feel like we walked into a living museum - we were awestruck by the beauty, detail massiveness and geometrical perfection of almost everything. It was definitely a different experience compared to just watching it in youtube videos.
Amin brought the ancient Silk Road and Timurid Empire's stories to life with fascinating detail and he was amazing with taking our family photos — he knew exactly where to take our photos to capture the spirit of the place.
Our favorite was Shah-i-Zinda, a necropolis that left us speechless with its turquoise-tiled mausoleums lined up along a narrow path. The Madrasas along Registan square, Bibi-Khanym Mosque and Gur-e-Amir, the final resting place of Timur, were also unforgettable stops. We were amazed at how much Samarkand was steeped in history.
What made the trip even more special was the warmth of the local people. We were welcomed everywhere with smiles, tea, and delicious Uzbek cuisine—plov, shasliks, fresh bread, assortment of nuts, and juicy fruits from the local market.
Samarkand is a journey through centuries of civilization and I highly recommend visiting with a local guide like Amin to fully appreciate the stories, symbolism, and significance behind each site.

Top notch guide in Mohiddin, PHD in Asian studies and perfect English. He really went deep into some of the historical areas we were interested while offering some humour, personal stories as well as great restaurant recommendations. We were challenged with an EU summit which closed roads and delayed openings, but Moiddin did a great job adjusting schedule and routes to stay ahead of delegations 🙏
