What are people saying about Sydney

Old Pubs, History, Beer, Good Times
History, beer, walking, one bar had music, the others just Friday night vibes.
Dave, our guide gave us a thorough history lesson at each pub and along the route in between. Ghost stories as a bonus.
Dave also was very accommodating to my wife's walking issues and her using a foldable wheel chair on a crowded Friday evening in the Rocks which we found out has many hills and stairs.
We visited 4 separate pubs and had 4 separate beers, all good, all with interesting stories to go with each. The tour ends at the last pub not where it starts.
Dave (not the owner of Dave's Tours) was a great guide. The pubs themselves are interesting on their own, the beer is a bonus. My wife doesn't drink but had water or soft drinks, she enjoyed the tour also.
I recommend.

This tour did not...
This tour did not disappoint! The boat was not crowded, which made for some really nice pictures. And the other reviews about the food were right--Delicious! Two notes of caution: When typing the address in, ignore the name of the boat company (just use King Street Wharf); otherwise, it will route you to their office (a mile away). Thankfully, we ran fast enough to catch the boat. Also, there are different types of bookings based on the third-party company used, so be sure the staff knows you booked thru Viator bc this includes some alcoholic beverages (see photo for inclusive beverages).

A lovely anniversary dinner :)
We did the Penfolds wine and food pairing degustation dinner to celebrate our anniversary and were very happy with the experience.
-The pick up location was easy to find/get to
- The staff were friendly and helpful
- The food and wine were excellent
- The experience of eating your dinner while floating around the Harbour provided a lovely atmosphere.

Fabulous Tour
Captain Dave is fabulous! Hes super knowledgeable about Sydney and Darling Harbor-so interesting!! It was my husband and I plus adult daughter. We had rainy inclement weather and Capt Dave supplied rain pants and jackets so we still enjoyed sightseeing and listening to him tell us about Sydney Harbor. Lunch was fantastic! Great tour, great conversation, great food!!!

Kudos to Captain and Crew!
If I could give a rating of more than 5 stars, I would! What a wonderful experience. On the surface, the weather was a little downer with cloudiness and rain, a little chilly on the temperature side, and no visualization of the sunset…..who knew that the weather changes that quickly in Sydney! Now for the silver lining and sunshine part of the trip. The food and drinks were excellent, the ship was spacious and clean, and the vibrant attitude and service provided was top notch. This particular crew and captain went above and beyond for my family and we deeply appreciated the effort. I was with my family—2 grandparents, me and my wife, and our 3 young adult kids. We were doing tours of Melbourne, Port Douglas, and Sydney as a vacation to visit our son doing a study abroad semester. This is important as the 6 of us were staying in a local hotel and travelled together to the harbor with our son staying in his school apartment. We had gone out during the morning to the Sydney Fish Market, Chinatown, and shopping for souvenirs in the morning and our son wanted an afternoon nap. Our departure time was 510pm and he set 4 alarms for 4………(am) on accident. At 450 he was still in bed, and at 510 was stuck in an Uber in traffic. The captain delayed departure for 20 min and then we had to depart. Our family was sad to have our son miss our last dinner before returning to the U.S. While seated at our table, the captain came to me to see if our son could make it to the dock in the next 15 minutes. The answer was yes and we were able to return to the dock and pick him up. I relayed the story to the other diners and our son received a standing ovation after being picked up. There is nothing better than this kind of customer support and appreciation of the circumstance. Hands down, this was our favorite memory of the 2 week stay in Australia. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Ravioli to die for
This cruise was amazing. The food was first class and the service was faultless. Thank you Queen for taking such good care if us. Don't think that you have to get off as soon as the boat returns or that you have to rush your meal. You can stay and do a few rounds if the tour up until 4.30. We did the 3 course meal with window upgrade and highly recommend

Way more than the title
This tour is so much more than the description leads you to believe. From the tour of the Fish Market to breakfast at the river and, of course, the three lovely boutique wineries, you will not be disappointed. Jimmy is a natural born chef and tour guide. He provides an invaluable stream of knowledge and information that only adds to your experience. And the food he prepares is exquisite and an excellent accompaniment to the delicious wine tastings.

The Best Sydney Harbor Cruise
My husband & I booked this Sydney Harbor cruise after reading some of the great reviews but it exceeding our expectations. The number of people on the boat was perfect, didn't feel too crowed. Lots of space to move around & to see the sites. The food & drinks were amazing! The service was spectacular. Drinks were reasonably priced. It was a very extensive tour of the harbor & the timing was perfect! We went in February at 6pm. Highly recommend!

Culinary experience with spectacular 360° views over Sydney
Sometimes there are places where food and views blend perfectly – the Infinity Restaurant in Westfield Tower is just such a place. Im 81. Located on the first floor, it offers spectacular views over the whole of Sydney, making the evening special.
The highlight: The restaurant rotates slowly during the meal, allowing an impressive 360° panoramic view to unfold step by step. The skyline, the harbour and the lights of the city pass by in a relaxed way – especially at sunset and in the evening mood a real experience.
Culinary delights at Infinity are also impressive across the board. The food was excellent, creatively presented and of very high quality. In addition, there was an attentive and professional service that was friendly, relaxed and at the same time very attentive.
A perfect combination of exceptional views, a special ambience and excellent cuisine – definitely a recommendation for anyone who wants to experience Sydney from a new perspective.

Fabulous & Fun Tour!
This was a fun and interesting tour! Lots of history and lots of beer! We were lucky enough to have Craig as our tour guide -- he was full of interesting information and history as well as lots of great and colorful local sayings! If you have a chance to take this tour -- do it!! And if you don't drink beer, there's always wine or cider!
