2 Thumbs Up: Blue Mountain and Scenic World
Amazing. Our Tour of Blue Mountain and Scenic World was great. I took my 8-year old when we were here on vacation from California. Walking around the rain forest and doing the various train car and gondolas made it very fun. Our guide, Ian, was fun and shared a lot of history and info but was laid back and not overbearing.

Best tour of our runcation
Absolutely. I think this should sound genuinely enthusiastic and personal, because this clearly wasn’t just another sightseeing tour for you. I also kept the little details that make the review believable and useful to someone deciding whether to book.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Most Amazing Experience of Our Trip!
If you are considering this tour, book it. This was, without question, the most amazing experience of our trip to Australia, and so much of that was because of our incredible guides, Dave and Karen.
From the very beginning, it was obvious that this wasn’t going to be an ordinary tour. Dave seemed to be prepared for absolutely everything. He had portable charging banks, extra jackets, snacks, drinks and anything else we might need along the way. That thoughtfulness continued throughout the entire day.
And then there is Dave’s sense of humor. He is absolutely hilarious! He kept us laughing and engaged all day, with an endless supply of stories and local lore. But underneath that humor is an extraordinary depth of knowledge about Australian wildlife. His knowledge of these animals is as deep as his compassion for them. You can tell that he genuinely cares about their welfare and has tremendous respect for them and their environment.
We had incredible wildlife sightings, including Eastern Grey kangaroos, bare-nosed wombats, an echidna, Crimson Rosellas, a Superb Lyrebird, kookaburras and a Tawny Frogmouth. Seeing these animals in their natural environment was something I will never forget.
Dave also went out of his way to accommodate a personal request of mine, which meant so much to me. He and Karen made the entire experience feel incredibly personal. They remembered every single person’s name and throughout the day made a point of checking in and having little conversations with everyone. You never felt like just another person on a tour bus. You felt welcomed, noticed and included.
Even the meal stops were wonderful. They brought us to two charming, quaint restaurants and made sure everyone was satisfied and taken care of. There was so much attention to detail throughout the entire day.
And bring a camera or your phone! You are going to want pictures. But even if you don’t have one, Dave takes photos and will send them to you. It is yet another example of the thought and care he puts into making sure you go home with wonderful memories of the experience.
There are tours where you see some interesting things, take a few pictures and move on. This wasn’t one of those tours. This was an experience that became one of the highlights of our entire trip.
Dave and Karen gave us far more than a day of sightseeing. They gave us laughter, stories, unforgettable encounters with Australian wildlife and memories that I know we will talk about for years.
I am truly, truly grateful and appreciative for the experience they gave us. If you have the opportunity to take this tour, do it. I cannot recommend Dave and Karen highly enough. ❤️🦘🐾:

This was a great tour to...
This was a great tour to start my trip to Sydney; I was able to see some of the key areas and then decide where I wanted to go and explore in further depth later in my travels. My tour guide Nigel was very knowledgeable and helpful! He pointed out great photo spots and gave me some good local recommendations, as well.

Amazing day making memories that will last a lifetime
We had a great experience on this Blue Mountains tour! Our group was around 25 people, which felt like a nice size, and our tour guide, Chris, was fantastic and super knowledgeable. The meeting point was very clear and easy to find, which made getting started stress free.
We drove about 40 minutes to our first stop, a small town where we had a chance to grab coffee while Chris picked up our fresh lunches for later in the day.
The highlight of the tour was definitely the hike. The trails took us through the Blue Mountains with absolutely breathtaking views. I’d describe the hike as moderately strenuous, with a good mix of people of different ages and fitness levels. Chris did a great job explaining what to expect and was upfront about one section that would be more challenging. The descent to the bottom of the waterfall involved very steep, wet stairs and definitely wouldn’t be for everyone but the views along the way and at the bottom were incredible and completely worth it!
We finished the day at the Three Sisters before heading back to Sydney. Personally, I thought the waterfall hike was by far the best part of the tour. The Three Sisters stop was nice, but I could have skipped it. I also didn’t really know what I was supposed to be looking for there, so it didn’t have quite the same impact as the hike.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend this tour, especially if you’re looking for a more active way to experience the Blue Mountains and want to see some incredible scenery beyond the typical viewpoints.

Thank you Ronnie for giving us a beautiful experience on our 1st visit here in Sydney. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip.
Ronnie our tour guide was really professional and friendly. Her English was clear and instructions detailed. She was very organised and full of knowledge all throughout the trip especially about Australian history and connections to the Blue mountains and Sydney. The journey was timed very well.

Martin was a...
Martin was a knowledgeable and friendly tour guide. He made it a fun tour! The places that were included in the itinerary were fantastic, as we wouldn't have seen them on our own in that short amount of time. We love that there were stops for drinks, a lunch, photo opportunities and restroom breaks. We highly recommend it!

Excellent Sydney tour
Daniel led us on a fantastic private tour that lived up to the title - seeing both highlights and hidden gems. In a one day tour, you can only expect to see so much, but we felt like we got a great taste of Sydney and Daniel made sure to show us everything possible in six hours. Highly recommend Daniel and the tour!

Engaging, Fun, and Full of History
This is a great tour to learn how Sydney developed. The stories were interesting and fun. Judith, our tour guide, was amazing—knowledgeable, engaging, and full of energy. She highlighted key facts in a playful and memorable way.
This tour is ideal for people who enjoy learning about Sydney’s origins, early settlers, and how the city evolved.
Highly recommended.

Excellent way to see Sydney
The van we took seats 8 people - there were just four on this trip. The tour was very interesting, with several stops for walking around. One included a 20 minute walk along the harbour by on the east side. It was challenging as it included steps and a stone pathway then a boardwalk, then more stone and rock. It was a bit precarious for a senior. Our guide gave us the option to do this or not. He was quite knowledgeable as he grew up in Sydney and could tell us a lot of history. He included information on busses to take to Manley or Bondi.

Amazing tour to see...
Amazing tour to see Fetherdale Wildlife Park and Blue Mountains/Three Sisters in a day. Chris from Activity Tours was excellent. He is very knowledgeable and knows the trails in and out. I’d trust him in the wilderness anywhere. I also appreciate his excellent photo taking and how considerate he was while making sure we were comfortable with the steeper sections.

Best way to see Sydney!
Our first day in Sydney (we arrived by ship) we decided to take a tour of the City by trike. Kim was our tour guide. He took us around to viewing areas so we could see Luna Park, Bondi Beach, The Opera House. We traveled over the Sydney Harbour Bridge and went through Domain Park.
It was a terrific way to see the city!
We highly recommend it!

Another wonderful Viator experience
Buying the Viator ferry and zoo pass made our zoo trip seamlessly easy. We got in the ticket line at Captain Cooke cruises and just by scanning our UPC code they handed us 2 tickets for the two-way ferry trip and 2 tickets for the zoo admittance. Nobody saw or had access to our credit card while we were in line at the window, or at the zoo. Getting on the ferry and into the zoo was just as easy because we had our tickets. At the ferry dock near the zoo a free bus will come to take you to the front gate and outside the front gate it will come to take you back to the ferry dock when your time at the zoo is over. Just remember to keep the ferry tickets somewhere safe because you will need to show them to get back on the ferry. We count this as yet another wonderful Viator experience!
