This is a fantastic service, one which is very welcome after a long flight. We had a lovely guide called Vivienne meet us immediately as we exited the plane on arrival in Kingston, Jamaica. She escorted us to the front of every queue, passport control, customs etc. Once our luggage was collected she brought us to a private area where we enjoyed some refreshments and delicious snacks while she went to check on our taxi. This is an excellent service if you value time and convenience as we do.

I really enjoyed the tour. The driver was excellent and made sure we were well prepared for the activities. The guides at dunns river and blue hole were great. I enjoyed tubing at the white river my only complaint was that my partner and I were offered a stone for a massage and we were not told there was a charge. At the very end the guide told us we needed to pay 40 USD. I didn’t like the lack of transparency and it left me feeling quite annoyed

The experience was awesome from beginning to end. Our coordinator, Aisha and driver (Renaldo) were phenomenal! The vibe they created, ensuring our safety and coordination of timing was SUPERB!!! 👏🏽👏🏽. The staff at the Blue Hole were EXCELLENT. They provided assistance along the route to the Blue Hole (because it was a little uneven and rocky) and at the Blue Hole they were totally HELPFUL! Made this experience sooooooo WORTHWHILE for a person like me that is scared of heights and a little older 😜. Aisha and Renaldo ensured we made it back to the ship on time as well. P.S. I booked the Blue Hole and Bamboo Rafting tour with Omar Tours Jamaica after finding them on Viator. Since the cruise line didn’t offer bamboo rafting, I decided to book with Omar based on the great reviews, and I’m glad I did! Communication was excellent from start to finish. I received confirmation through Viator and WhatsApp, which made everything easy while on the cruise. They were waiting for us right at the port, so there was no need to venture away looking for transportation. Our driver and host were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. The air-conditioned van was comfortable, and we felt safe traveling with other cruise passengers. The Blue Hole was amazing, and the team made sure we were connected with trusted guides at every stop. During bamboo rafting, they stayed with our belongings and kept everything secure in the van. They even stopped for delicious local Jamaican food and made sure we returned to the port with plenty of time before departure. Overall, this was an excellent experience, and I would definitely book with Omar Tours Jamaica again!

The experience itself was immensely enjoyable. The customer service before and during were exceptional. The staff initiated contact before the event started, establishing communication and rapport. The experience lived up to the hype. I would definitely recommend this to anybody visiting this area.

Omar Omar Omar!!!! Omar made sure we had the BEST EXPERIENCE!!! He was very nice, friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable! I wouldn’t want to tour with anyone else. He made sure my family had a GREAT TIME IN JAMAICA 🇯🇲. From the horses to the arc to the bamboo rafting, EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! I wouldn’t definitely recommend 10/10!!!

This tour was hands down one of the highlights of our Jamaica trip! Sean with Courtney Taylor Tours was absolutely incredible from start to finish (seriously, give this man a raise). He kept the drive fun and engaging the entire day, sharing local history and facts about St. Ann’s and St. Mary’s Parish, pointing out landmarks, and constantly checking in to make sure we were having a good time and being treated fairly everywhere we stopped. He even made sure souvenir vendors weren’t too pushy, which we really appreciated. The excursion itself was the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. We started with river tubing through a gorgeous canopy area that was peaceful and beautiful. Then came Blue Hole - definitely one of the highlights of our Jamaica trip. Our guide there (nicknamed “young Bob Marley”) made the experience unforgettable - super personable, encouraging, and fun. We climbed parts of the falls, jumped and dove into the pools, and laughed the entire time. Sean also took us to Linda’s for lunch (not included), and honestly, it ended up being some of the best authentic Jamaican food we had the whole trip. If you’re in the area, GO. You won’t regret it. We finished the day with a laid-back horseback ride along the beach and ocean, which was the perfect way to wind down after the excitement earlier in the day. Another huge plus - our group only had four people total (my husband and I plus one other couple), so it felt personal, relaxed, and never overcrowded or rushed. 10/10 experience. Highly recommend this tour, and if you can, absolutely request Sean as your guide. He truly made the entire day even better.

I recently enjoyed an amazing excursion that surpassed my expectations! The bamboo rafting was a highlight, allowing us to relax and appreciate the stunning scenery. The ziplines and ATV rides were thrilling, and the kids had an absolute blast! Our guide, Dean Paul Henry, was wonderful—patient, entertaining, and full of local knowledge. We capped off the day with delicious ice cream from a local spot and even picked up some coffee beans. Highly recommend!
