What are people saying about Kanazawa

Book this Tour!
Book this tour! Or any of his offerings. Don't think twice. His passion for the info was clear and he made a huge extra effort for us. Took the time to answer questions by whatsapp after the tour that he could not answer during the tour, requiring considerable research. This was the best tour guide of our entire 10 day trip to Japan.

Excellent introduction to Kanazawa
We thoroughly enjoyed this walking tour and would highly recommend it. Our guide, Saya, was excellent - knowledgeable, engaging, and wonderful at bringing Kanazawa’s history and culture to life. Walking through the historic geisha districts while learning about their traditions and the history of Kanazawa gave us a much deeper appreciation for the city. Saya shared just the right amount of information and made the experience feel relaxed and personal rather than like a history lesson. The evening ended with a meal at a traditional restaurant, which was excellent and a perfect way to complete the tour. The combination of history, culture, beautiful neighborhoods, local food, and a terrific guide made this our favorite experience in Kanazawa. Highly recommended!

The tea ceremony with...
The tea ceremony with Yuta was the most memorable occasion of our Japan holiday, the energy that was created in the tearoom left us very grateful that we had experienced a genuine guided ceremony with a true tea master The ongoing conversation after the ceremony was also enlightening thank you so much we would love to do this again.

Great day on the e-bike
We enjoyed our time on the E bike tour. Our local guide was super friendly and a great guide as we visited the geisha district. The gardens close to the castle and several other historical sites in Kanazawa. We also very much enjoyed our tea ceremony. It was a hot day, so the E bikes made for a way to get some breeze and enjoy the heat. We also really enjoyed driving down the back alleys in the back roads. There was a little traffic and you could see more of the daily life.
