Amazing day in Hakodate!
Our visit to Hakodate was wonderful! Our tour guide, Keiko, was very knowledgeable about the area, friendly, and accommodating. She adjusted our schedule so we could spend more time at the places we enjoyed, while skipping the ones that were less interesting to us.
We also had lunch at a local bento box place and learned how to enjoy it like a local, which we really loved. We learned so much about Japanese history as well, including the fascinating story of the ancestor of photographer Akira, whose work was showcased in a museum.
Masaki was also very pleasant company, and his English skills added even more insight into Japanese culture and customs.
We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend Keiko, Akira and Masaki to our friends. We look forward to connecting with them again on our future visits to Japan!

Amazing tour
We had an amazing experience on our tour. Our guide was absolutely fantastic and while there was a language barrier we used Google translate and were able to talk without issue. The company arranged pick up at our hotel both days and we also had a one way transfer to Lake Toya which they worked for us after the tour. My youngest daughter even got car sick on the way up there and the guide was so kind giving her extra time at our stop.
The van was spacious and relaxing in between stops. I would definitely use them again!

Absolutely brilliant, friendly and knowledgeable staff
A very well thought out itinerary. We didn’t stay anywhere too long and me and my family all really enjoyed the places we visited. Our English guide was Ko, he was very knowledgeable about Hokkaido and all the destinations we visited. All the tour guides were extremely friendly and offered to take photos etc. I would highly recommend this tour!

Lovely trip to agricultural Hokkaido
We spent a wonderful day in Furano and surrounding areas. Our driver, Tommy, was excellent. I had low expectations given we va were traveling in August, but the flower farms were still stunning. The Blue pond is amazing. The only non perfect part of our day was lunch. We stopped at Furano Marche which had a cafe/bakery, a smoothie shop, a place that sold food in pastry and a wagyu burger shop. Tried the wagyu burger. It was tasteless except for the yummy slice of tomato. Pilsner beer was excellent. Highly recommend having melon ice cream or smoothie and the Furano melon is really delicious. Altogether a great day.

Some of the best memories from our trip!
Our tour guide Masaru Tanetani was absolutely fantastic. A Hokkaido local, you could really tell how much he loved and respected the region. Each stop along the tour was special in its own way, and together the whole trip made for the perfect snapshot of Hokkaido's true beauty. 100% recommend the tour, and we hope to return to book another!

Unforgettable day in...
Unforgettable day in Sapporo , perfect itinerary and outstanding driver cum Guide. Takino cemetery was one of the most unique and breathtaking place we visited, A beautiful contrast to the cemetery , this historic Shinto shrine offers a peaceful dive into traditional Japanese culture. Our Driver cum guide managed timing flawlessly and dropping us of right at entrance and pickings us up exactly when needed. The vehicle was spotless ,comfortable and driving was incredibly safe. Highly recommend if u want to see the best of Sapporo’s diverse landscape without any stress.

Lots of delicious food and drinks!
Hide was a fun and gracious host. We went to three different places and had more than enough delicious food, and drinks at each spot. None of us could actually finish everything since we were so full! You should come hungry and ready to drink. We were a group of seven people who did not know each other before, but by the end, we were laughing together and had a great time.

A lovely few hours...
A lovely few hours enjoying Scott’s guidance and hospitality. Enjoyed the Ainu Museum, the public transportation rides, the lunch experience, the onsen soaking and of course, Scott’s conversations and dry humor!
The experience was enhanced by the presence of Stella and Faith from Hawaii in our little group.

Great Sapporo food tour
We had a great time with Tsoru as our guide. He brought a great energy to the night. We went into some restaurants that we would have never have accessed as tourists. We learned about both Japanese and native Hokkaido cuisine as well. He was also able to adjust the tour for our kids, showing us a fun place to go for sweets that the children in the area go to as well after school. We had more than enough to eat and drink as well.

Wow!
This was a wonderful tour. Yumi was punctual, polite, knowledgeable and attentive. The hike up to Mt. Hakodate was beautiful and educational. We were able to see a lot of the flowers that were in bloom. The view from the top is breathtaking.
The cherry blossoms at the fort were beautiful. We were blessed with great weather and peak blooms. We were in awe.
Then Yumi led us to a traditional lunch at the market.
Overall, this was a very enjoyable, peaceful, easy paced tour that all four of us thoroughly enjoyed.

Fun time making soba
You make the soba for your meal afterwards. The meal was delicious! You get both a hot and cold dipping “sauce/soup”. And this particular experience also comes with a plate of tempura - when we went they also included seasonal asparagus. My 3 year old loved the meal.

Fun Day Great Sights
Got to see some pretty spectacular sights on a snowy day - a zoo covered in snow, a waterfall, lake and artisans at work. Tomi our guide and driver did a fantastic job making sure we were comfortable and beautifully navigated the snowy roads and road closures.
