At each location guests can either practice on their own (meditation gear provided, e.g. hammock, towels & blankets, giant bubble maker, etc,) or can participate in an interactive Dharma Talk about Mindful Meditation & the significance of Being Silent. We bring inspirational toys like giant bubble makers, or create Mandalas out of rocks, leaves or balance rocks on the beach.
