Laudat
Inland from Dominica’s capital, Roseau, the village of Laudat is the gateway to Morne Trois Pitons National Park, one of the island’s most popular attractions. Home to just 300 people, the village offers a through-point for visitors on their way to explore the park’s tropical forest, lakes, waterfalls, and volcanic terrain. Of course, if you’re here for the nature, Laudat is a great place to stay—if you can manage to nab a room.
