Let the aromas of Thai herbs fill the kitchen as you step into a private Thai and Akha cooking class in Chiang Rai. This hands-on experience begins with a guided local market visit to explore fresh herbs, spices, and ingredients. Learn to prepare 5 dishes, including “Sa-pee-tong,” a rare Akha dish passed down through hill tribe communities of Northern Thailand. Then choose from Thai favorites such as Pad Thai, Green Curry, Tom Yum Goong, or Mango Sticky Rice.
