Fantastic tour with Chris
We did the 11am tour with Chris on 31/10/26 which was fantastic. Chris was really knowledgeable and enthusiastic making it fun and entertaining. We found out so much about Cambridge including how the college system works and its incredible history. We would highly recommend this tour and it made our trip extra special.

Fantastic tour with a wonderful guide
After taking a tour with our guide Sonya we will never see Cambridge through the same lens again. Could not recommend high enough. We were able to cover lots of places, learned so much about history of the land and of the university itself, and found fascinating facts about modern days affairs as well. And the visit to the King's College Chapel was absolutely breathtaking. And thanks to Sonya we now have a favorite gelato spot in Cambridge.

Essential
I cannot think of a better way to explore Cambridge than by booking a punting tour on the River Cam. The tour lasts 50' in small shared boats, traveling through some of the main colleges of the city. The views from the river are incredible and many of them are unreachable if you are not a member of the university community.
Without a doubt, a must if you come to the city (£18/person; 12 for children in our case)

A very relaxing and...
A very relaxing and pleasurable experiance . The staff were very polite and helpful and Harry our punter was very knowledgeable. We were celebrating both my husbands birthday and our wedding Anniversay ..so small verses of flowers on the boat were a nice touch . You can take your own snacks and drink on the boat so we had a drink of fizz whilst taking in the scenery . There were umbrellas and blankets on the punt just in case the weather changed but luckily we had a nice day . Would highly recommend this company as very professional .

Cambridge trip
This trip to Cambridge was especially memorable because of the wonderful commentary by the guide Chris! Chris is an expert on the historical background, architectural details, and academic anecdotes of various colleges, from the King's College Chapel to the legendary stories of Trinity College, explaining them vividly and humorously with clear structure, completely devoid of the dryness of rote recitation. The pacing of the entire trip was very well controlled; it allowed enough time for taking photos and appreciating the Kanghe scenery, and he was also very patient and enthusiastic in answering everyone's questions. If you come to Cambridge and want a deep and interesting tour experience, I highly recommend Chris!

Taj was enthusiastic, interesting and energetic and definitely had a twinkle in his eyes as he led us off.
We loved that he led us on the tour of Cambridge by telling us the story of the city. He had an interesting story about every place we went to and was also able to answer any questions put to him. We were able to learn so much about the history of this amazing city and the time just flew by.
The whole group were fascinated for the whole tour.
Taj even gave us pointers of interesting places we could visit for the rest of our day.
I'd have no hesitation in recommending this tour to anyone thinking of visiting Cambridge - it was the highlight of a excellent day in the city.

The Cambridge walking tour that you should take
We were a group of 4 cycling friends, who knew a bit about Cambridge and wanted to know more. Our guide, Jo, was very knowledgeable and friendly. It felt more like a stroll with a friend. This was 2 hours very well spent. Thank you Jo for answering all our questions and giving us lots of historical context!

An experience you won't forget
An experience you won't forget
Our guide was Mark and, without a doubt, it was one of the best decisions of the trip. From the first moment, he managed to make the whole group feel comfortable and, above all, to enjoy Cambridge in a different way.
Mark knows a lot, but the best part is how he tells it: he adapts his explanations to the people in front of him, combines history and curiosities with a great sense of humor, and makes you want to keep listening to him.
We learned a lot about Cambridge, we laughed a lot, and, above all, we managed to understand what makes this city and its University so special.
If you go to Cambridge, do not hesitate to take a tour with Mark. It is one of those experiences that makes a trip go from being good to being truly unforgettable.
We recommend it 100%! .

Absolutely recommended!!
Fantastic visit of almost 2 hours throughout the center, entering several colleges, with a local guide who is a history professor, alumnus, and absolutely charming and willing to make the visit enriching and dynamic. Very polite. I went with 6 young people between 17 and 29 years old and they loved it. Highly recommended.

Nice boat trip with the best guide!
We had booked a private cruise with our own ‘punter’ and guide, Oscar.
The tour lasted 45 minutes and along the way, Oscar told us about the different colleges we passed. We had plenty of opportunities to ask questions along the way and got a lot of good answers and new knowledge with us.
Thank you Oscar!

Fun and interesting walk
Our guide James was great, very interesting walk, fun and relaxed talk, not like you're in a history lesson, more like you're walki6round the city with a mate who knows a lot of interfaces about it.
We also did a histtour the next day, with Peter. That was also very good. While the places you visit do cross over its stoll worth doing as the things you find out are largely different.

Our tour guide, Peter,...
Our tour guide, Peter, was very informative and made the tour relatable to us based on our background and interests. What I appreciated was the pictures he provided of particular landmarks in relation to the tour; the fun facts and which chapels/libraries/ museums we could visit thereafter.
