    Driver a no show so no day trip

    Driver did not turn up at all for this tour. Company did not answer calls as we waited for a tour that did not happen. Prepaid and so had to spend extra money for the day and missed all the experiences. Refund apparently takes days so trip and no refund so far.

This was an internal scheduling mistake on our side, and unfortunately our driver did not arrive as planned. We understand this caused you to lose valuable vacation time, miss the experiences you booked for, and spend extra money arranging alternative plans. Please accept our deepest apologies for the inconvenience and frustration this created. Your refund has been processed from our side through Viator, although we understand it may take several business days to appear depending on the payment provider.     Eka was a fantastic guide he was very knowledgeable about the areas we visited, local culture, religion etc. Eka took lots of photos for our group his command of English was great. Our group of 8 were all delighted with our day tour it was the highlight of our week long trip.
