Great time seeing waterfalls, rice terraces and water temple. Able to go swimming in the waterfalls and lots of picture opportunities Kancil was a great tour guide providing lots of information and being a great photographer

Wow!! What a fantastic day. John was an absolutely brilliant guide. He was very knowledgeable and gave us so many facts about Bali and family life. We visited waterfalls, temples and the coffee plantation. We had such a wonderful day all thanks to John. If you come to Ubud you MUST ask for John.

The tour was fantastic! We really loved our driver and Kadek jarot was so helpful and had expert local knowledge. He catered to every need and showed us many things we wouldn't have discovered before if we didn't have a guide like him. We really loved the lunch in the rice fields as it was so peaceful and just a great outlook as we consumed our food. The waterfalls were excellent and such a beautiful Vista. I fully recommend you doing this tour and getting Kadek to be your guide. Definitely well worth the booking and the money.

Kancil was a great tour guide. He helped my young daughter around the hike to waterfalls and on the rice terrace. Wonderful day even though one of the waterfalls was closed due to rain he adapted the tour and offered us another stop instead.

The experience we had was first class. Kadek our guide, was extremely knowledgeable and was able with all his local knowledge to give us a true understanding of the local history of ubud. He was a genial host and his grasp of the English language was second to none. I would certainly consider recommending him to any further potential clients. Noky, was our driver and was a great guide who also has good driving skills. Friendly, social and a lot of patience. It really was a pleasure to have him as a guide, and we would recommend him for anyone who wants to explore the beautiful Bali culture to use him as the ultimate guide. We we t to the coffee plantation where there are a lot of variations in tea and coffee. The restaurant were we had lunch is a very good place to eat. The Mie Goreng was so incredibly tasty.

Amazing tour with a fantastic guide

We had an amazing experience on this tour! Our guide Kancil was fantastic — he explained everything in a very interesting and engaging way and showed us so many beautiful places. The journey was very comfortable, and we really appreciated that we could adjust the route based on what we wanted to see. Kancil also suggested great spots for photos and even took photos for us, which made the experience even more special. There was always cold water available in the car, which was a nice touch. We truly enjoyed this tour and highly recommend choosing this guide!

Trip to Ubud from Nusa Dua A massive thank you to Kancil who stepped in at the last minute, on his day off, to give us an unforgettable trip. A fabulous, although very long day, due to traffic on our return journey, all of which Kancil handled with good humour and patience, despite having to return to his home near Ubud after taking us back to the hotel. Really pleased we chose this unmissable day out. The rice terraces were beautiful, the temple unforgettable, the coffee plantation so interesting, especially seeing the luwaks and sampling the coffee, and particularly the final waterfall, where you can swim, was stunning. Kancil was interesting, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly throughout. Not to mention he took fantastic photos for us. Definitely worth taking this private tour. Thanks again Kancil. Extra things to know: Take but don't wear swimwear. There are changing rooms at the waterfall. If you are on a private tour you can leave things in the car. Flipflops are suitable footwear. It's a long day Local lunch was delicious

The experience was very unique we learnt alot about the local culture and nature. We also feel its the best tour among the others for ubud. The main thing was the guide. He really was accommodating from the start. Very kind gentleman Mr. Darma. He attended to our needs well. He also spoke English really well and took really great pictures! We really enjoyed the experience and would recommend it to others especially so with Mr. Darma as a guide.

## Ubud Private Tour — 5★ Review We had an excellent private Ubud tour with John as our driver and guide. The itinerary we booked included two waterfalls, a temple, the rice terraces with the swing, and a coffee plantation. John started off with a friendly, informative chat about Balinese culture and traditions that made the day more meaningful. Because of our stressful experience with monkeys the night before (they’d snatched sunglasses and hats) at Uluwatu where we saw the Kecak & Fire Dance, we chose the two waterfalls when we made the booking to avoid the Monkey Forest. En route, John listened to our concerns, gently reassured us that the Ubud monkeys are typically very friendly, and kindly offered to adjust the itinerary. We decided to try the Monkey Forest and were so glad we did — it was a highlight! Throughout the day John was attentive and helpful, including giving us fair local price guidance when shopping with street vendors. He was professional, flexible, and genuinely cared about our comfort and safety. He helped carry my husband’s big camera bag. We left Bali with a wonderful impression — largely thanks to John. Highly recommended.
