Lovely boat trip with a very friendly and entertaining crew on board. Seeing the dolphins was amazing! The crew were great at making sure everyone on board was made to feel welcome

Out family had a fantastic time on the Kristofor for a short cruise out of Porec and the added bonus of dolphin watching. The boat actually moored in a different location to the ticket booth which was a little confusing but we followed the crowds and found it at a main stone jetty.
Crew were fantastic especially with our eldest who was nervous about being on a boat in what he regarded as rough seas. Crew were also accommodating with our infant son who they help aboard in his pram. It was busy on board but we found plenty of room to move around when we needed to. Crew were upfront and honest about our chances of seeing dolphins as being low which I completely appreciated. After an hour or so we spotted some fin shapes in the sea and were able to observe a small group from a safe distance. I've read one review saying that boats actively chase the dolphins which couldn't be further from the truth, while there was more than one vessel in the water, they were all respectful, turned off their engines near the dolphins and kept a good distance.
At the end as we turned back to Porec we got really lucky with a small pod coming around 30m from the boat so the captain switched off the engine and we stayed for another 20mins or so. Very lucky and remarkable sight. Soon after we headed back to Porec before a storm came in so passenger safety and the dwindling light were top priority here.
Even if the dolphins hadn't appeared we would have enjoyed this trip along the coast, but it was magical to see some.
