What are people saying about Utah

Amazing tour, even better tour guide
We had an exceptional experience on our ATV tour with our guide Tyler. He is genuinely one of the best tour guides I’ve ever come across - keeping the experience fun, exciting but also safe - and took regular stops to ensure everyone was comfortable with what we were doing. The actual ride itself was top tier - thrilling and such incredible scenery, the equipment was in good condition and modern. I’ve rated 5 stars based on the actual tour experience, I do think it’s important to highlight though that the customer service when we arrived at the rental place was a bit poor: We had booked through Viator a good 2-3 weeks or so in advance and received a confirmation email etc. When we arrived the lady we were served by just seemed to have such an attitude and her tone was completely off - she said name and kept asking if ours was on the screen, which I repeatedly stated it wasn’t, she then started simultaneously flapping around with ‘name, confirmation number, name’ all of which I was trying to show her. She then came round to view my phone screen after stating I was probably in the wrong location (which I wasn’t). What essentially prevailed is they hadn’t added our booking to their system when they accepted the Viator booking - and so they had to manually add it on. Mistakes like this happen and it wouldn’t have been a problem at all if this lady wouldn’t have made us feel like an absolute inconvenience - stating the guide was going to need to wait etc whilst our details were captured - for reference we arrived at 355pm when the tour said a 415 start time. Thankfully there was another lady working the desk (Rhonda) I believe, and she was exceptional, she had clearly recognised the poor attitude of her colleague and stepped in to sort us out and rescue any level of service In summary, bloomin’ amazing tour and would do it again in a heartbeat, with exceptional guides…. but when something like a tech hitch happens, don’t make the customer feel like an issue!

Must Do
What a great experience. Ina was our guide, and she was GOOD! We had a group of 6, and I think it was the perfect size. Zion uses buses to shuttle visitors to/from the main entrance. There are 9 stops along the route, and it is hard to actually see the park along the way. That is where the e-bike tour comes in. In my personal opinion, it is the only real way to see the park. The benefit of using a tour guide is they know everything - especially Ina. We learned about the names of the different rock formations, interesting facts about the wildlife in the park, and just random, cool facts that I thought were worth the tour. I cannot recommend this tour enough. Worth your time.

Joe was great!!!!
This was a great guided trip. Joe was an excellent tour guide. He was very clear describing all the sites in the valley. He let us take our time at each site. I loved being in the group. We stopped at Linda’s fry bread & had a bite to eat. It was a great tour.

Entertaining and interesting
I enjoyed an entertaining 90 minutes with Luke, Shalah, and our driver (Greg?). I found the tour to be informative and interesting. We did drive around in circles a bit and quite slowly, so we did not physically cover a lot of ground. The information/stories were presented in an entertaining manner. It was great to a/c on board the "trolley" as the afternoon was quite sunny and warm!

Utah is home to five national parks, so it'll be no surprise that many of the state's top-rated activities are outdoor adventures. The “Mighty Five” comprises Arches, Bryce Canyon, Canyonlands, Capitol Reef, and Zion and lots of Utah tours explore each one. Depending on which part of the state you visit, you’ll find hikes, off-road drives, canyoneering excursions, and rafting trips. For something a little less strenuous, try a boat ride on the Great Salt Lake, a Tabernacle Choir concert, or a Navajo-guided trip to Monument Valley.
