Top Syros Classes & Workshops

Step into the heart of Greek cuisine with a hands-on cooking class on idyllic Syros Island. Using a professional kitchen, you’ll craft authentic Greek dishes that go far beyond the usual fare, from appetizers to luscious desserts. Along the way, you’ll uncover unique ingredients and master traditional techniques. The experience wraps up with a delightful meal in a charming courtyard—complete with local wine, if you choose.

Take advantage of Syros’ beautiful scenery and agricultural bounty—and learn a traditional approach to local cooking—when you sign up for this intimate, private class. Following morning pickup at your hotel (if option selected), transfer to your instructor’s house in southern Syros. Stroll through her garden, learn about the plants that grow there, and pick fresh herbs and other ingredients. Then, head to the kitchen to prepare a multi-dish feast, with your guide’s instruction, before sitting down to a hearty lunch.
