What are people saying about Siem Reap

Highly recommend David as a guide
We booked the sunrise tour with David and it was so insightful! He is extremely knowledgeable about Angkor Wat and was able to answer all our questions, even those regarding the temple's smallest details! We also enjoyed listening his stories about the temple's history, such as the sibling feud between two Khmer kings. He and our driver, Mr Nak, also took very good care of us, providing us with cold water and cold towels between stops, which was a lifesaver in the Cambodian humidity, and he was excellent at taking photos!! Not only is he charismatic and has an excellent command of English, he is also very intelligent and we learnt lots about Cambodia's socio-political context, from the Khmer empire to modern times! It was definitely an enlightening tour that we will never forget.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Experience – The Best Tour We’ve Ever Done
We’ve travelled to 33 countries and have done guided tours at some of the world’s most famous monuments, but this was, without question, the best tour we’ve ever been on. Of course, Angkor Wat and the surrounding temples are absolutely breathtaking, but what made this experience so special was our guide, Mr. Se, and our driver, Mr. Chea. From the moment we were picked up at 4:30 a.m. until we were dropped off around 11:30 a.m., we felt completely taken care of. Watching the sunrise over Angkor Wat was magical, and exploring Angkor Wat, Bayon, Ta Prohm, and Banteay Kdei afterwards was an unforgettable journey through Cambodia’s incredible history. Mr. Se was simply outstanding. His passion for Cambodia’s history and culture was contagious, and every explanation added another layer of appreciation for what we were seeing. He wasn’t just reciting facts—he told stories, answered every question with enthusiasm, and made each temple feel alive. Beyond being incredibly knowledgeable, he was kind, patient, and genuinely cared that we had the best experience possible. He also knew every perfect photo spot and captured some of our favourite pictures from our entire Southeast Asia trip. Those photos are memories we’ll cherish forever. Mr. Chea was just as wonderful. Every time we finished exploring a temple, he greeted us with the warmest smile, an ice-cold bottle of water, and a refreshing cold lemon towel. It may seem like a small gesture, but after walking in the Cambodian heat, it made such a difference and showed the level of care and hospitality throughout the tour. The early start was 100% worth it. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, the pace was perfect, and we never felt rushed. By the end of the tour, it genuinely felt like we were saying goodbye to friends rather than people we had just met that morning. This wasn’t just another sightseeing tour—it was one of those travel experiences that stays with you long after you’ve returned home. If you’re considering booking this tour, don’t hesitate. It will likely become one of the highlights of your trip, just as it was for ours. If I could give this tour more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you, Mr. Se and Mr. Chea, for giving us memories we’ll never forget.

When in Siem Reap this tour is a must! Top notch guide and itinerary!
This was a best of the best day tour! It covers all the main points of interest in the area besides doing the temple circuits. Beautiful scenery, interesting facts, and a wonderful tour guide in Mr. Sareik. It gets no better than him as a tour guide. This tour even exceeded expectations from the already great reviews. Do this tour when in town, you won't regret it!

A memorable day
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience on this tour! Our guide Sarun and driver were both amazing—very friendly, professional, and always happy to help. They made the trip enjoyable and shared interesting information about local life and culture. During the tour, I visited a local market, the beautiful floating village, a peaceful Buddhist temple, and a primary school. It was a great opportunity to see the authentic side of Cambodia and learn more about the daily lives of local people. Everything was well organized, and I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience more than just the famous temples. Thank you for such a memorable day!

The resort town of Siem Reap, Cambodia, is known as the gateway to the ancient temples of Angkor. The best way to see the ruins is with an expert—Siem Reap’s tours deepen your experience of the mysterious Angkor Wat, Bayon Temple, and Ta Prohm sites. When you’ve had your fill of history, discover the modern side of Siem Reap by sailing to the floating villages of Tonle Sap Lake, learning to cook Khmer dishes, and taking trips to waterfalls and the Kulen Elephant Forest.
