What are people saying about Lima

Huacachina!!
Started on a long bus tour with an amazing host, Juancho. He was very informative, helpful, and on top of people being on time for meet ups. We unfortunately did not do the boat tour, due to sea sickness, but were aloud to walk around Paracus. Paracus was cute little town to walk around. We then went to a beautiful vineyard and drank some pisco, delicious. After we finally got to go to Huacachina and let me tell you…that was one of the best experiences in my life. We got to see the oasis, ride in dune buggies, and sandboard. It was so much fun and had a beautiful sunset.
One thing I will add is there are other stuff you will have to pay for on the trip, so just be prepared. It’s not much, but be ready.

A perfect introduction to Lima!
The bike tour through Miraflores, Barranco, and up the Morro Solar was incredible. It was mostly relaxing, except for the push up the mountain, but that was challenging in a very good way. We were rewarded later with delicious ice cream! Our guide was Diego and he was very knowledgeable, patient, and all around lovely. I highly recommend this tour as a way to see these neighborhoods, learn a little about Lima, and get the blood flowing!

This was a great...
This was a great experience, I chose the premium option to be picked up and dropped off. I learned a lot about the history of Lima. My tour guide was Melanie who completed the tour in english for me and she was very knowledgeable and helped insure a great tour. The pisco tasting was a great addition to seeing the catacombs, Miraflores, and historic Lima. If you have time and are interested in history I would recommend this tour.

Great tour!
It was fantastic! Our guide, Alex, was very knowledgeable and interesting. We had a great walk around the city centre, a tour of the convent and catacombs and lastly to a beautiful water show. Our bus driver was very experienced and did a great job driving on the very congested roads.

Great Experience
Would highly recommend this tour. Patrick is a passionate storyteller who made the tour engaging and enjoyable. Our driver Roberto was so kind and helpful, opening the door and helping me in and out of the van. We had a great afternoon learning about Peruvian history and so glad we chose this tour.

Silvana and Driver are Great!
Silvana and her driver are fantastic. Silvana explains things greatly, has gtrat English (which helps me) and speaks Spanish with my wife. She is super knowledgeable and helped us truly understand what we were seeing. They are super patient and the info they provide is very valuable. I may have enjoyed this experience more than any other since we have been here. They have my highest recommendation. They will take good care of you.

Highly recommend 10000/1000
This experience was 1000000/1000 the tour guide was so informative and helpful as we only spoke English . My husband and I had a great time i would book again whe I visit with my friends. The host ensured each stop he assisted those that spoke English to ensure we had a smooth process. Thank you for having us .

Exceptional
This was truly a great experience worth every dollar. Seeing the sea lions was a nice touch. What really made this trip the experience was writing the doom buggies, and the desert and boarding down the hill. To top it off we ended the trip with the beautiful sunset in the middle of the desert

Miraflores, Barranco and San Isidro with Sandy!
Sandy was waiting for us in the lobby of our hotel room and greeted us warmly. She was very knowledgeable as we stopped at each of the parks and sights on our list. The driver, Gherson, was also excellent. I would recommend this guided tour to anyone who is traveling to Lima for the first time.

Pack your bags and go to Nazca!
This is an amazing, yet compact two day deep dive into Parachas, Hauchachina and Nazca. The first day is the easiest on the soul, early pick up, nap on the bad and then an enjoyable 2 hour boat ride to view sea lions, water birds and the occasional whale. Afterwards, an hour drive to lunch which is served at a quaint Pisco vineyard where you can easily toss down several cocktails and shots if that’s your thing. Huacachina is an amazing tourist town/oasis where the dune buggy and sand boarding trips were well organized. Plenty of downtime afterwards. Both the “party hostel” and more upscale hotels had “good vibes”. Travelers come and go and fast friendships are created.
As mentioned in previous reviews, the day to Nazca can be a bit of a slog. Know what you’re signing up for. It’s about a 3 hour drive, 2-2.5 hours in town with included flight over Nazca (about 30 minutes) and lunch is on your own. Then a 3 hour drive in a shuttle to Hauchachina, an hour to two for dinner/break while other tours return and then a 4 - 4.5 hour bus ride back. The final day is a long day, hence some of the negative reviews perhaps, but if flying over Nazca is your ultimate goal - pack your bags and go.
Tour company was extremely professional, well organized, attentive to needs and exceptional.

Important Must See
Give yourself lots of time to read, learn and explore this important museum and don't skip the incredible warehouse, or Erotic Museum.
Exceptional opportunity and a must see for anyone who wants to learn about Peru from BC to modern times.
There was no lineup and only about 14-20 people total in the whole exhibits on a Thursday afternoon in early March.

Experience the first known civilization of the Americas
If you are coming to see Machu Picchu, add this to the list. A great opportunity to see a pre-Inka civilization. From 2800 BC, the pyramids and structures have amazing architecture and as well preserved. Johanna was an amazing guide with lots of information about history of Caral. The on-site facilities are impressive. An underappreciated archeological treasure the deserves more global attention.
