This was a great tour. An excellent way to orient ourselves in Hanoi on our first day. Thong (Alex) and Ninh were awesome tour guide and driver. Thong shared so many facts and history, answered so many of our questions, and gave us a little window into local culture and life in Hanoi. We had fun, learned alot, and they were excellent with my kiddos. My son is autistic and disregulates frequently. But this tour was so relaxing, and calm, they were very sweet to him. Great tour to see many of Hanoi’s highlights. Lan was an excellent tour guide and was extremely knowledgeable about each of the areas we saw. Her English was excellent and she was very friendly. The tour was a great mix historical and current Hanoi. We got around the city through a combination of private car and walking. The car a great addition and made the tour much more comfortable overall. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Hanoi. The tour was organized and well planned. At the end of the trip Lan gave me multiple local restaurants to try and the first we tried was excellent.

Ken was our tour guide and Vinh was our driver. We had a wonderful time on this tour. We went to the Temple of Literature and Ho Chi Min mosoleum among other places. We did the tour of the ceramic village with the guides and driver Tuna and Snow. Was fantastic, my mom and I loved it. Was nice to get out of central Hanoi, esp the old quarter and get some more insight on other facets of Vietnamese industries. Got to see both modern ceramic production (stunning stuff) and an ancient set up. Both tuna and snow spoke fantastic English and were good drivers. Super open, knowledgeable and happy to answer all our questions. Thank you so much again - was a highlight so far

Very informative and accommodating. Our guide met us at a different location at short notice when breakfast went longer than anticipated, and adapted to whatever we wanted to see on the day. Quinn informed us of the local history and nearby recommendations, and guided us to a tasty chicken pho restaurant. Visited Hoan Kiem Lake, Hoa Lo Prison, Train Street, Temple of Literature and the Citadel.

Great all around tour

This tour was a wonderful way to experience the city and encounter culture and sites that we would not have learned about otherwise. Our guides, Riley and our driver Dragon, were truly phenomenal. Riley’s enthusiasm and knowledge about the city made touring with her an absolute pleasure. We left the tour having learned so much after an incredibly fun few hours. I highly recommend this tour, especially if you can have Riley as a guide, to anyone!

A wonderful way to see the Hanoi City highlights with private limousine transfer.

The half day private tour includes limousine transfer to the Temple of Literature, Tran Quoc Pagoda, Ho Chi Minh Quarter and St Joseph’s Cathedral as well as a stop for an egg yolk coffee (highly recommended). Our young tour guide Sean was extremely knowledgeable about the history and culture of Vietnam and happily answered all of our questions.

I initially thought the driver was late but later realized he was stuck in a traffic jam right outside the hotel and he was just down the street. Good communication from company. Of note, my brother got dropped off in the international terminal and I had a separate domestic flight and there was an additional fee of 50,000 VND for the two drop offs. Would use service again
