Fun and exciting experience
What a ride !!!!! All terrain - pave roads, dirt roads, rock roads, mud, steams !!!! Soooo much fun. Beautiful area to travel in. You stop at a waterfall. You guys are awesome if you’re not a season rider they will have a person take you on a slower tour. If you like speed, you will stay on the fast route.!!! The day ended looked awesome rain storm while we were riding cooled you down and cleaned you off. Then they bring you back for a lunch and a beautiful facility up in the back of the property. Joseph and his crew were wonderful. I can’t say enough about it. It’s a 10 out of 10.!!!!!

Unforgettable morning in the jungle
What an incredible experience! Our family’s first time ziplining was with Santuario, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip to Costa Rica. From the moment they picked us up, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and kept us entertained during the drive. Once we arrived, everything was extremely well organized. They gave a thorough safety briefing, got everyone fitted with harnesses, and kept the group moving, so there was very little waiting between platforms. As someone who is terrified of heights, I really appreciated that. The first zipline was the hardest for me, but after that I was able to relax and enjoy every minute. The course was incredible. Walking through the rainforest from platform to platform felt like exploring a real-life treehouse, and the 10 ziplines offered breathtaking views. The guides were outstanding, professional, encouraging, and always focused on safety while making the experience fun. They were wonderful with the children in our group, and we loved seeing even the youngest adventurers confidently complete the course with their help. The fresh fruit, water breaks, and delicious traditional Costa Rican lunch, with great vegetarian options, were the perfect finishing touches. This was an unforgettable experience, and we would absolutely do it again. If you’re visiting Costa Rica, Santuario is a must. We felt safe, challenged ourselves, made amazing memories, and can’t recommend this experience enough!

Gentle and photo worthy trip
Great way to start off a trip to Costa Rica. The descent and climb seems easier than reported. For anyone in average health and ability to walk the path is very doable. If you would like to take is some wildlife and photos, enjoy their gift shop and food, and some of the other exhibits, plan for a few more hours.

Surge Fun on Steroids!
Travelers should expect courteous, friendly, and professional staff. They should also expect thrills and possibly spills along a beautiful scenic river/s. I should also remember the banks of the river are alive with nature. Expect to see slough, birds, and monkeys. Fresh pineapple and watermelon accented the break along the riverbank. Kudos to team Joseph, David, and William!

If one country is known for its nature, it’s Costa Rica. With cloud forests, active volcanoes, sparkling beaches, sloth sanctuaries, national parks, and more, outdoor activities in Costa Rica know no bounds. Luckily, it's just 10 hours coast to coast, so you can hike mountain summits, soar down raging rivers, and soak in Costa Rica's famous hot springs in just a few days. These excursions make it easier to hit the highlights, often providing round-trip transportation and sometimes taking you to multiple attractions in a single day.
